A smooth experience from the beginning. Our salesman, Anthony D was great to work with - working around our medical contingencies that made an extended time frame between sale and pick up. Braxton was thorough with the PDI, and Henry in finance got us through the process quickly. I would recommend LMRV in Phoenix for a great buying experience.

Update: our van needed service I was very excited to get an appointment the next day and work was completed the same day. Jessica was friendly and work was done well. We had a really good experience with La Mesa RV! We spoke with Allen Ehmann at an RV show and spent a few months researching before settling on a Thor Dazzle 2lb. Allen was the best sales person I’ve ever dealt with- knowledgeable, friendly and went out of his way to help. After the test drive we put money down to reserve the vehicle and picked it up a week earlier. Angela in finance was an absolute pleasure to work with. These people aren’t sales sharks like other dealers at all! Braxton spent a very long time going over every aspect of the RV and answered all of our questions. We felt so comfortable that we could use everything which was great as we were new to the RV world. I highly recommend contacting Allen and starting your new adventure!

We’ve been saving the last 6 yrs to finally purchase our dream rig, a 2020 Leisure Travel Van Wonder rear twin bed that we purchased from La Mesa Phoenix. Russ was our salesman & he was friendly & quick to answer all our questions about the rig we were interested in. He got us very close to the price we wanted to pay within a very short amount of time. The deal went seamlessly. Neil the manager we worked with was very professional & friendly. He got the deal & paperwork done for us quickly & we were picking up our rig a week later. We are from California. When we ran into an issue with the RV, Neil & everyone we dealt with regarding it, was very helpful & very professional. They made sure the issue was under warranty & got it resolved for us. They went above & beyond to make sure we were happy with the outcome. Everyone was excellent at La Mesa & I highly recommend purchasing an RV from them. We couldn’t be happier with the new rig & we are enjoying our new adventures in it!

All stars are for my interactions with Dylan. As someone who has purchased two RVs from La Mesa less than a year apart, I can say with complete honesty that my new service coordinator, Dylan, is the reason I remain a La Mesa customer. Before working with him, my opinion of the Phoenix service department was, without question, the worst I had experienced in my 20 years of owning RVs. Dylan changed that entirely. He kept me updated every week, communicated clearly, and demonstrated that customer service genuinely matters to him. His professionalism and follow‑through restored my confidence in La Mesa’s service department. Because of the level of service Dylan provided, I will continue to be a La Mesa customer.

This review is for the service center. They are always friendly, do good work, meet their obligations, and communicate well (at least my service advisor does). The work always takes a long time though. My rig is usually there for a month when I take it in for a repair.
