I've been fortunate enough to call Launch my brokerage for a little over a year. It is a real estate agency unlike any other I've ever come in contact with. The President is one of the most accessible, down-to-earth, whip smart, likable folks in the firm, and the Founders share the same trademarks and are equally generous with their time and knowledge. There is a genuine camaraderie amongst all agents and staff that is quite remarkable. The desire to help each other be better agents, better people, is simply glorious. To top it off, our broker appears to me to be a real estate encyclopedia and has never ONCE been unable to give me an immediate answer to any question or a solution to any problem (and I've had some good ones!) I emailed Brian North over 2 years ago to request him to take down my house photos and video due to online privacy and safety. He is with Compass, which is owned by Launch dBA Compass. I have not heard back from him at all in spite of multiple follow up calls, emails, texts and messages from his colleagues. I think he is one of those realtor who only responds to money in the works. His online presence brands himself as someone who is an expert on how to make money from others and ways to chase real estate profits from others and nothing about service and giving back. Online posts of pictures and videos if not taken down upon home sale and home owner request is classified as an ethics violation by AZ Association of REALTORS. I will be filing my complaints via other channels to have my privacy protected.

My wife and I had a great experience with Chad and Cara to sell our home. They listened to our goals for selling our home and helped us to price it appropriately. They were prompt for showings and gave us good feedback on what would help us sell faster. They were amazing through the closing process and helped us successfully sell our first home! Can’t recommend them enough!
