My review is based on the purchasing experience. We found a trailer we wanted and were coming from out of state. Our salesman CJ did a fantastic job of sending us all of the information and photos we requested. He even helped to coordinate having the unit sent back to the manufacturer to take care of some warranty work prior to us taking delivery of the trailer. We were so impressed with their orientation process and the cleanliness of the trailer as our last experience purchasing from another dealer was pretty much non existent. The finance team did an excellent job working with us to get through quickly as possible with us being on a tight schedule. Overall I would and already have recommended others.

It was the first fifth wheel we have ever purchased, and the overall experience has been fantastic. Camping World informed us that no one had the trailer we were looking for, but Lazy Days had two available. Our salesperson, Mike Turner, was excellent. He answered all our questions, was always very helpful, and never pressured us. The tech support team was also very supportive during our walk through, and the finance and service departments were excellent and exceptionally friendly.

(See Feb 2023 Update) My RV Trailer purchase experience in mid June 2022 with Lazydays Mesa was awesome. After thoroughly researching travel trailers for past year, including renting various styles/sizes, I contacted Salesman Extraordinaire, Rodney H, discussed all top requirements & parameters & he promptly commenced our search. I was amazed with his knowledge regarding RVs & how quickly he had ample options for my wife & I to choose from. We actually ended up going with a different type unit than originally intended after he explained all the pros/cons between the units when matched up to our RAM Diesel P'up. We were also pleasantly surprised with how smoothly the transaction proceeded, including finalizing all documents with Finance Dept, thorough walk thru of our unit (really important to us Rookie RVers), and prompt additional upgrades performed by Service Dept. Already took our new Northwood Artic Fox 25Y on it's "maiden" voyage, which it performed just as expected. Thanks so much Rodney & Lazydays... Yous Guys Rock!!! June 2022 Unfortunately my experience was much different when returning the 7 month old Artic Fox for initial warranty repairs in Jan 2023. Both the support of the Lazy Dayz Service Department Rep and his Manager, along with Parts Department Rep at Northwood, were so under par, I will most likely never return for service at that location. Fortunately I found a nearby repair facility, Gene’s RV & AC Repair, for any additional service, repairs & upgrades! February 2023

Quick notes version: Bought a brand new RV with a myriad of problems and Lazydays didn’t take responsibility or seem to care that we were dealing with any of these issues. I’ll start off by saying that this experience wasn’t ALL bad. The sales team matched the price of a vehicle we had seen in Texas which made it substantially cheaper and easier to get as we live in Las Vegas, but that was about where the positive experience ended. Keep in mind while reading that all of the issues that are documented here happened within 24 hours of us receiving the vehicle after purchase. We bought a brand new RV here about three weeks ago. Prior to taking possession of the RV they had an entire week to get the RV together and do the pre-sale quality-check inspection to verify everything is in working order. Apparently, whoever was responsible for this job was sleeping while they performed it. The first issue we noticed when we got it home was that the auto-leveling jacks failed to operate at all the very first time we tried to use them. This was one of the main features we were looking for in an rv, so this was already disappointing. The level jack system then began to beep for hours on end for no apparent reason and would continue to do so whenever it felt inclined in the following days. The Mercedes front grille on the vehicle was ZIP STRIPPED underneath the hood rather than affixed properly using whatever brackets were necessary, which is annoying, but more importantly is a legitimate safety hazard. The movement from driving caused a large metal trim piece from the grille to fall off while we were driving which I proceeded to run over as I obviously couldn’t see it falling off. Running over it caused a loud noise and I thought I had damaged the rig (fortunately we didn’t) but more concerning was the thought that it could have easily caused an accident being kicked up behind us; luckily, there was no one behind us at the time. Every. Single. Window covering was ruined and falling off of the wall. The quality of the blinds are subpar at best, so I’d imagine the Arizona heat had caused them to warp and bend, which then caused them to start falling off the wall even prior to us getting home. There are large gaps on the frames from the way they bowed. Not a single one is usable on any of the windows so we have no blinds. The automatic blind in the cab-over bed area had fallen off into its frame and is obviously broken and unusable. The drawer directly below the oven was installed without proper spacers and the first time the drawer was opened it fell off the tracks and ripped screws out of frame. We had to install makeshift spacers in to allow the drawer tracks to meet up properly and allow the drawer to function and be re-installed for the time being. After opening the TV compartment and trying to swivel the TV a screw affixing the tv to the mount fell right out of the back of the tv. So only one screws was holding the tv onto the mount itself. The black tank heating pad underneath the rig was ripped, hanging to the ground and almost completely fell off the rv. We had to rip it the rest of the way off just to remove it for obvious safety reasons. As we continued to inform Lazydays of the issues while they were found we were basically offered an apology and nothing else, despite this all being due to sheer negligence on the company’s behalf. All the while the rv can’t be utilized properly until the issues are fixed and we’re still left with the responsibility of the payment even though we’ve never been able to use it; which ultimately leads into another horror story with the Lazydays of Las Vegas and their service department (left them a review as well). I don’t have pictures of all the damage, but, attached is some photos of the some of the damage I’m referring to. All in all, if you can buy an RV anywhere else do yourself a favor and search elsewhere. Take the extra time to drive out to Texas if it means avoiding this disaster of an experience.
