Lazydays RV - Tucson

We took it in for warranty repairs. Diognosis went fast, then I asked about 3 things on the list, then all of a sudden, without warning, we were kicked out of the dealership, just by a couple of questions. The service manager has a history of doing this. There were 2 other big repairs that were still needed to get done. But we were told to leave. I called the manufacturer on this, and they couldn't believe it, they were shocked. Details are on my website.

Wonderful sales experience completely marred by shoddy service in the repair section. We have been waiting for a part to be replaced for a total of TEN weeks! UNACCEPTABLE, no phone calls, no emails, no communication whatsoever.

I went through the purchase process with Miss Laura as a sales person, and purchased my RV site unseen, and used! I completed the purchase while working a tight schedule with my job- I did have a professional inspection done, but I honestly think Laura was much more helpful and informative than the inspector! The team made the purchase smooth and simplified- I’ve had my RV for almost a month now the title came through OK from a different state and I’m super happy with this purchase! What a great experience. Salesman, Eric, was NOT pushy. Very informative. We showed up 30 min before closing and he stayed later to get us a great deal on a great toy hauler. The whole process, which we finished the next day, was smooth and pretty quick. I highly recommend Lazydays when looking for your next adventure vehicle.

Pulled into their service department with a propane issue due to a tire blowout on the way into town. Steve Huber, Service Manager, quickly identified the issue and surprised me with "Leave it right here and I'll get a technician to fix you right up." Technician Eddy Carley went to work and replace a ripped out gas line. Although the fix was relatively easy, Eddy had to work through a 50 mph wind and soaked with a Tucson thunderstorm. Can't say enough about the service team. Courteous, professional and thorough. This is the second time in a year that this team has gone above and beyond in getting me back on the road.
