It’s 4th of July. I’m standing outside the store looking at their 4th of July hours that says they’re open from 9-5pm today. The store is locked and no one is here! It is 9:30am.

Called today to see if they tested water. Was told yes and confirmed no charge for this service. When I got to store with sample I was told I was required to have an account with them to have water test service. This was not explained during phone inquiry. Said I needed to know how many gallons pool holds, pool surface, and many other details about pool to open account which I did not have. SCAM. Just trying to gain info. in order to upsell on their products. This is not needed for water test. Very poor customer service. Bad experience. Will not return to this store again.

Been a customer for years because Jacob and his team are always helpful when I have issues with my pool. Believe me when I tell you, I have a lot of problems with my pool and they service it and troubleshoot it every time. Really hard to find honest and reliable people and these guys are it. Also, people complaining about high prices lately are idiots because for the last year or so EVERYTHING has gone up in price or is out of stock. They obviously have never owned their own business. Support local independent. These guys work hard and are honest, that alone is worth the cost. They will always have my business. And no, I’m not related to them or work for them.

Wow, the guys at Valley Wide Pool Supply are great! It has been so easy to keep the chemical levels in our pool where they are supposed to be, and any time an issue pops up they are quick to solve it. Last week I thought our pump had blown, I was prepared to buy a new one, but they came over and it turned out the solution was easy and I didn't need a new pump. We were back up and running in no time. Truly I cannot say enough positive things about Jake and Richard!!!
