Liberty Mutual has proven to be one of the most dishonest and retaliatory insurance companies I’ve ever dealt with. What started with Rocco Belsito’s lowball verbal offers during my home inspection quickly spiraled into a campaign of manipulation and retaliation once I refused to accept being shortchanged. They assigned Tyler Cureton (Claims Supervisor), who issued a denial filled with conditions not found anywhere in my policy. Then, instead of giving me a fair appeal, Sarah Meyers of the Presidential Service Team simply copied Cureton’s denial almost word-for-word — proving there was no independent review. Don Brossman has shown a pattern of manipulative and harassing behavior in his role as an inspector. His conduct has been so concerning that a restraining order was issued against him in the past. Liberty Mutual even hired a lawyer whose role was to manipulate and coerce me into producing irrelevant documents — including financial and utility records going back five years before the damages occurred. This had nothing to do with my claim and was clearly designed to intimidate and obstruct coverage. To make matters worse, Liberty Mutual brought in Donan Engineering, a so-called “independent” firm notorious for producing biased reports, to support their denial Instead of investigating honestly. When I filed complaints about these abuses, Liberty Mutual retaliated by canceling my entire homeowners insurance policy. This wasn’t based on evidence — it was punishment for exercising my consumer rights. Homeowners — document everything if you’re forced to deal with Liberty Mutual. But the best advice is: avoid them altogether. Their business model is built on deception, retaliation, and gross bad faith. Choose another insurer that values policyholders instead of targeting them. Unable to reach a supervisor ever. They never call back. It is always someone new that does not understand their job.

I have never had a problem getting auto or home insurance. I have excellent credit, no tickets, no auto or homeowner insurance claims. Liberty Mutual denied me an insurance quote for both auto and home because I had too many inquiries on my credit report. Get Geico, State Farm, Allstate, anybody else...

Quoted me $200 a mo for auto insurance!! I’m 49 with no tickets or accidents!! I paid better when I was 20 yr old!! Way overpriced
