LINE-X of Tucson

Last year, I purchased a very classic 25 year old Class A Motor Home. It had very serious sun damage, especially at the area of the "radius" where the roof meets the outside walls...and the sun destroys the paint. Ray at LINE-X did a fantastic job on the end cap and badly damaged areas, even perfectly matching he paint of the areas that were not yet going to be repaired. I was thrilled at the transformation! This afternoon, I just picked up my RV. LINE-X did the rest of the RV for me and I could not be more pleased. LINE-X of Tucson earned not 5 stars, but 10 STARS for a seamless and flawless experience. First, I conducted some research among factory spray-in bed coatings vs Rhino spray-in bed coatings and finally LINE-X coatings. It became very apparent from all of the online video channels that LINE-X stands head and shoulders above the rest. They offer standard, premium and platinum coatings and I chose their PREMIUM with UV protection as recommended since we live here...on Mars, er Tucson. Once that research was done, I had to investigate LINE-X of Tucson and decided it was worth a call and an online quote request. Online quoting process: 10 stars as it was simple & rapid after entering basic information about my vehicle. The phone call to confirm the online offer, ask more questions and potentially schedule the appointment: 10 stars again as Yasmine was polite, thorough, knowledgeable and very courteous. They were only a week out for an available time slot. More questions came to mind a few days later and this time, one of the owners (Maggie) answered the phone: ANOTHER 10 STARS! Maggie easily answered my additional questions regarding the estimated time it would take to complete the spray-in process of the short-bed in my pickup truck and other details I was concerned about. Murphy's law played a factor of course as I had a scheduling conflict of my-own-doing. When I called to reschedule, Yasmine and LINE-X of Tucson, AGAIN earned 10-stars as they were flexible AND accommodating, but this time with an attitude: YES, that's right and attitude.....A GREAT ONE! When I arrived, Yasmine did a vehicle inspection and asked if I had any other questions or areas of concern regarding my specific truck....talk about reassurance! THE STARS KEEP PILING UP. The estimated time to complete the process (less than 3 hours) was done as quoted, but slightly sooner. I rec'd a phone call when the project was finished and when I arrived to inspect the work, I was blown away. This time the other owner, (Ray) greeted me and walked me thru the finished project & the necessary curing time; 24 hours, (but said, "Hey you can take the truck thru a car wash as soon as you choose"). Ray also spent a considerable amount of time making sure I didn't have any additional questions about future care, warranty etc; Yep, RAY EARNED 10 STARS too. Now here's the meat & potatoes: QUALITY, FIT & FINISH and appearance of work? Outstanding! Overspray? NONE. CARE to my vehicle during the application? LOTS: So you know what's coming, then right? YES, another 10 stars and you don't need to be a math wizard to calculate their final score. Thanks again LINE-X of Tucson for an outstanding job. Highly recommended!

I’m pretty frustrated with my recent experience at Line-X in Tucson. I requested a quote for the Premium bedliner and had the work done today, but when I picked up my truck, I discovered they hadn’t done anything with the tailgate. I was then told it would cost an additional $150 or something like that was never communicated to me upfront. Had this been made clear from the beginning, I would have considered going to Phoenix instead, where the tailgate is included in the standard job and the overall cost would have been lower. I’m disappointed in the lack of communication and transparency, and I feel like I didn’t receive the service I expected based on the original quote. I try to spend my money here in the Tucson market, but experiences like this make me question why I try so hard to keep my business local.

I took my truck in an hour early due to a meeting I had to attend. When I arrived back to Line X at my original appointment time, my truck was worked on and was finished. It worked out perfectly for me and it looks great!
