Went to go play some baccarat since the tables at WHP were packed. I walk up and see there are no seats, but one dude sitting in seat 1 with no chips, obviously he was not playing. So I walked around, played some slots, came back, now 1 person has left, but the people sitting there are not sitting in the chairs corresponding to number on the table, so there is no room for me and again, the same guy is sitting in search 1 with no chips, not playing. How long do you let non- players block seats for people who want to play? The table had 2 dealers while I was there, both saw me and acknowledged me, but neither had the guts to say to the guy seated at 1 to either bet or take a hike & the last dealer, female with gray hair, could have easily told the players to bet there they are seated and scoot down so I could've played. What do the pit bosses do there, because they certainly have no control over their tables there.
