I do not recommend using Anthony Schaffer (The Schaffer Team). He completely stopped communicating with me during the most critical stage of the transaction (offer/counter-offer). He did not represent my interests as a seller, only his interests for a fast and easy commission. During the 2 month escrow, he never called me once. It was a $650,000 sale. I ended up doing all the showings and appointments myself. I only saw him on the day he took the listing and on the day of closing to pick up the keys for the buyer.
