My spouse and I had an amazing experience at Lucky Strike Bowl Alley on 11.08.2024, and I have to give a special shoutout to the bar staff, Jessy and Gen. Their hospitality was absolutely impeccable. They were not only welcoming but also attentive, making sure everyone felt at home. Their friendly demeanor and professionalism made my time there so much more enjoyable. I truly felt like they went above and beyond, and their exceptional service is a big reason I'll be coming back again!

This place is much better than the bowling alley off River. They have a kitchen with pretty good food, though it is a bit pricey. The employees are really nice and helpful, which makes the experience more enjoyable. I’m not sure if they offer themed nights like cosmic bowling, but I really like the overall environment. My family is part of one of their leagues and they seem to really enjoy it as well. While it’s not quite as good as Golden Pins was, it’s a close second.

If you’re heading to Lucky Strike and don’t get Sean B, you’re missing the spare of your life. From the moment we rolled up, Sean was right down the lane with great vibes, quick wit, and jokes that kept us laughing between frames. 🎳 Not only did he strike the perfect balance between professional and personable, but chatting with him was half the fun of the night. He had us cracking up so much we almost forgot to focus on our scores (almost). Sean’s energy was pin-point perfect, and he made the whole experience feel less like just bowling and more like a full-on good time. Sean B didn’t just set us up for a game—he set the tone. Give this guy a raise… or at least a trophy for being a total legend of the lanes. We’ll definitely be back, and we’re hoping Sean’s on deck again! 🏆🎳

I used to come to this bowling alley as a kid, that's why I always liked it. For the most part, they have nice employees that have exceptional customer service but this last experience I had there was absolutely incredible. And not in a good way. I was absolutely blown out of the water with the rude customer service that my family and I were receiving. It was so bad that we asked to speak to the manager. We had the manager and even a lovely lady named Heather who was just a regular employee and wasn't even helping us at the time come and apologize to us numerous times -- which was very nice of them. We were just so shocked at the service we were receiving considering that we had been there already before a number of times and NEVER got that sort of service until this past Saturday. I can describe the employee who was so rude. He was a tall man, with long hair and had a sort of darker complexion. The bowling alley and this guy do not fit. If he doesn't like his job, then maybe he should quit and go elsewhere.

So much fun at Lucky Strike tonight! Jay provided 5 star service to me and my friends. We will be back again!
