Lyons Roofing was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. The entire team was professional, helpful, and genuinely went out of their way to address my questions and concerns, which made the whole process a positive experience. I had an old swamp cooler on the roof that I wanted removed, and Lyons ensured it was safe to do so before taking care of it efficiently. The project took about two and a half days, with the crew returning on the third day to apply a final coating to the foam roof. They thoroughly cleaned up the site at the end of each day, leaving everything neat and orderly. The workmanship was excellent, and I’m extremely happy with my new roof. I would gladly recommend Lyons Roofing to anyone looking for quality work and outstanding service.

Lyons Roofing did an outstanding job repairing my roof after it was damaged in a recent monsoon storm. Andy was amazing—he not only fixed the damaged shingles quickly and professionally, but also went above and beyond to make sure everything was secure and in great shape. This was the second roof I had done by Lyons Roofing because they did such a great job the first time. They didn’t disappoint with our newest roof. Super professional, the crew was on time and very respectful of our neighbors and cleaned up every day before wrapping up, they even cleaned our gutters. The roof looks fantastic, they took care of all the details like matching the vents to the shingle color and a cricket behind the chimney. So happy we went with them again!

We hired Lyons Roofing to do a complete tear off of underlayment down to the wood and replacement. The entire process from inspection to quoting to the actual work was done responsibly and with care. The crew doing the work arrived each day on time and quit at dusk. A foreman arrived each day to verify the quality of job and give an update on progress. A daily cleanup was also performed. The replacement took a little over a week. Removing and replacing underlayment is not an inexpensive endeavor. Lyons has 3 levels of service (good, better, best). We choose the premium option and feel the value was worth it.
