Maid Brigade Phoenix

Service was fine but not worth what you pay. I hire cleaners because I cannot after 4 back surgeries. I keep up during the week but hire cleaners to do the floors and bathrooms. They last few cleanings I have noticed the floors are barely wiped so I called the morning of my most recent clean to request the get the floors good but my camera footage shows they did nothing more than a spot wipe of high traffic areas either dirty bucket water. I noticed a mark on my new bathroom vanity about a month ago when I got home after the cleaners left. It’s very clearly a mark where they squirted cleaner, let it sit too long before wiping it and it etched the surface. My fault for not reporting it immediately, I figured it would get buffed out the next cleaning. It did not. The office tells me their cleaners noticed the spots in more areas around my home and it wasn’t them and they don’t use products that would do that. They should realize people have cameras in their homes. This company is the only company I have used since I remodeled my bathrooms. They are the only ones to use any cleaning products on these surfaces but they dismissed all accountability before their field supervisor even looked. They took the cleaners side over mine without considering another alternative. I have never asked for money off if I wasn’t happy with my clean, never asked for a re-clean, just asked that it be addressed at my next service which was only once in over a year. I made it a point to thank a team if their clean was noticeably outstanding. What did that get me when I have a legitimate issue? “Oh that wasn’t anything our cleaners did. They don’t use products like that.” It was clear in that moment they weren’t willing to hear my side or consider another alternative. Then has the audacity if they could follow up with me… follow up with what?!? You denied any sliver of responsibility….

Maid Brigade does an awesome job. Stephanie C. Janet & Lily M all make my home sparkie. I’m so grateful for the beautiful job they do. They are always friendly, professional, trustworthy and timely! 10+ stars!

My team today is Areli, Lilly and Yolimak. I have Maid Brigade every two weeks and they are always a FIVE. They do a fantastic job always, are so pleasant and helpful, and do such a wonderful job. I am so grateful to have them in my life!

Soledad and Guille do a great job! Also the company always notifies me of the time the team is arriving and if they are running late. I have used Maid Brigade for several years and have never had an issue with them.
