Main Event Tempe

We had my daughter’s 5th birthday there and everyone is so nice and attentive. It was a great day! It’s been two months since and I had a family member accidentally send our Christmas gift there to that address instead of ours and Evelyn Miles was there to help. Very funny it happened but love that this location is so nice and understanding with everything. Thank you guys so much for being awesome people!

My husband and I stopped in with our kids a few weeks ago and had a great time. The facility was clean, well managed, and the food was delicious. We had an exceptionally great interaction with the person who was running the front desk, Kayli. She made the experience simple and provided awesome customer service. Thanks Kayli!

Held my son's 11th bday party at this location. The experience was excellent from booking to the party day. I cannot say enough about Paulina who was the party host on the date of the celebration. Paulina was beyond EXCELLENT in her communication, service and attitude. She made the event so much better by everything she did and anticipated needs and exceeded expectations. Give this girl a raise! :-) Companies need more people like Paulina working for them. Kudos to Main Event Tempe and Paulina for a wonderful experience!

I had a great time at Main Event! The atmosphere was fun and lively, but what really made the experience stand out was the service. Our waiter, Bryce, was absolutely excellent. He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our visit. It’s rare to find such high-quality service, and Bryce truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. I’ll definitely be coming back!
