Excellent food and service. The chairs were comfortable, even though they weren’t reclining. The food was outstanding. We ordered pizza, wings, popcorn, and a Oreo milkshake. We will definitely be coming back. We had a great overall experience.

I have no idea what is going on with the seating situation at these theaters. It is like everytime I visit the seats get smaller, squeakier, and more uncomfortable. As it stand the seats make it as generic as any Harkins or AMC, the only difference is they bring you food. They're a bunch of other local theaters that have these big comfy recliners, I don't know why majestic can't do the same, but the seats barely make you want to enjoy food and movie.

First and last time. The Tempe Location is way better. But anyways the lady that first brought us our food and drinks was out of breathe and could barely climb the stairs, and she forgot our popcorn? How I have no idea it was the first thing we ordered so we had to ask another waiter if he could bring it and he did luckily. I hope all the tip went to the kid who helped us out. Drinks were okay but first server was terrible.

Love the food! Though I think the churro fries need to come with double the sauce. The only problem I have is I missed a few parts of the movie because the server checks in so often. I wish they didn't bother you unless you called for them with the call button.

I usually never have a bad experience at the majestic theatres. I frequent the Gilbert location the most but decided to go to this one today (chandler)... and it was such an an annoying experience that I felt as though it was the staff pulling a joke on me. First I ordered popcorn with white cheddar powder and extra butter with the salt shaker... I got nothing but plain popcorn. So they brought me a side of everything that was missing. OK cool. Second, I ordered the sampler... the sauces I requested were ignored and instead I got a bunch of ranch. And they didnt give me a fork for the buffalo cauliflower... at this point of constantly having them come back and forth to bring me things they forgot I just decided id rather catch a later film at the gilbert location and in the meantime go to a restaurant. So I went to the front and asked for a refund and explained what was happening. At this point the movie was like 5 min in...the staff member offered to switch my seats and place the order herself for me to ensure that the order will be correct and there will be no hiccups... (switching my seat so staff won't have to come and remove everything before my new order arrives thus disrupting the movie for me)... I agreed. My new order comes... popcorn was good, but guess what? The BUFFALO cauliflower in the sampler was sweet Thai chili.... Perhaps theyre trolling, or the kitchen had new staff or was overwhelmed or idk. But I just don't see the value in the cost of the movie and food if everything was constantly wrong. I complain about it being wrong and in their fix to make it right, it comes out wrong again.
