5-Star Review for Deep Cleaning The reason I left 5-star review is that I was thoroughly pleased with the level of professionalism with the company owner, Jen and her staff Cristal and Zoley. The three of them made a huge impact on my home, casita and storage shed. The first job was deep cleaning. The house is now sparkling clean with a fresh smell. They tackled hard-to-reach corners, the baseboards and got all the scum in the three bathrooms. I was so impressed with the services I have now scheduled biweekly services to maintain this level of cleanliness and tidiness in my home, which is very important to me. Merry Maids provided a much-needed service for me as I did not have the time to do this level of cleaning myself. I thought the pricing was very reasonable. The staff were punctual and accommodated my presence in the home as I work from home. I would highly recommend Merry Maids and Jen and her staff for any cleaning needs one might have.

I’ve tried several different cleaning services throughout the valley. Most of them left business cards at my doorstep. And I used one prominently featured one, Molly Maids. Honestly, I confused them with Merry Maids — big difference! I have high expectations for my home because I suffer from allergies and asthma. Merry Maids uses products that are allergy friendly. The team that goes to your home have been fully vetted — background checks. So I’m at ease when they enter my home. I had the initial deep clean, which was excellent. We’ve had two more monthly cleanings that stayed consistent each time. I highly recommend Merry Maids. Quality and peace of mind.

For the Cleaning CREW I give 5 STARS !! THEY ARE TERRIFIC!! For Jessica the Phone Rep in training EXCELLENT PHONE SERVICE and SMILE CAN BE HEARD IN VOICE. A little overpriced but they really accomodated me and the service was worth EVERY PENNY!! Also they were able to come SAME DAY 2 days before the Christmas Holiday. Thank YOU!! THANK YOU!! I highly recommend Dawn with Mary maids. I wish I would’ve reached out sooner, she did a fantastic job, very thorough and communicated well. She is very kind and even gave me tips when I asked what I could do as a customer to make my next appointment more efficient. My whole kitchen is sparkling, clean and smells so good. If you are looking for a cleaning service, I would definitely recommend Dawn if it’s just for a once over or regular cleaning you will not be disappointed.

**in response to MM’s feedback- you offered to come back between 1pm-4pm, 6 hours after you opened, not “within the hour”, and yes that did not work for us due to all of our family being in town at our home for the Thanksgiving holiday. Your idea of “fair” compensation for needing to re-do the bathrooms, kitchen, and the floors in a 30 min timeframe, is asinine considering it took a team of two people, THREE HOURS to initially do just that and they missed the mark so heavily. My husband and I already cleaned after you all left to make the house presentable. So yes, I don’t need you to come back Friday to clean what should’ve already been cleaned… and what we have since already cleaned ourselves. Like I said, I spent $494 and I still had to clean my own home. Absolute SHAM of a company. Highway robbery- $494 to clean my 1,100 sqft apartment (that we clean often, so it’s in pretty decent condition as is). My husband and I were quoted $262, and wanted to treat ourselves to a clean house, ahead of hosting our first Thanksgiving with our newborn and extended family. The team of two people were responsible for only 1 of our 2 bedrooms, 2 small bathrooms and the kitchen/living area (which is the same room). They were here for 3 hours!!! The photos/videos taken less than 10 minutes after they left just speak for themselves. As soon as they left my husband and I scoured our home, covering what they missed so terribly to make it suitable for our guests. “Customer service” offered to reimburse me $75, which equates to 30 min of work, as that what she quantified as enough time to fix all of the issues. My question is- how on earth did it take them THREE HOURS ($152 per hour) and leave things in such bad shape? I’ve sent all of the photos and videos to management and they stand by their service. Light your money on fire and clean your house yourself before hiring Merry Maids.
