Bryan and Brandon were very helpful today! They scanned our car and told us what needed to be fixed without trying get no money out of us immediately like other places. Needing a new sensor for our car. Very honest and knowledgeable gentleman!

Brian took great care of me today! Honest service with professional oversight to assure my vehicle is running smoothly. The prices are among the best in town with a clean shop being run very ethically. I appreciated the free full checkup the provided when I came for an oil change. They pointed out things I knew I needed and explained everything thoroughly with great pictures on the estimated maintenance items they recommended.

Brian accepted my car last minute on a Monday Morning. I was completely out of oil- the stick was dry and he not only took my car in quick during the work day and did a full oil change, but he also ran a full diagnosis on my vehicle. He fully explained any repairs I needed to my vehicle- how long I realistically had to make the repairs, the costs, and showed me with images of my vehicle parts with excellent analysis and educated clarity and transparency. I live in California and fully intend to return to AZ for all repairs going forward.

Brian in the office personally overseen my oil and filter change knowing I've had issues in the past with other shops. He made me feel safe and comfortable for the short time I was there. Very fast service. Thanks Brian, its good to know women can rely on such a committed employee as yourself, you definitely won my trust, which is hard to do!!

Brian was very helpful and communicative. We ran into a couple small snags with my tire replacement, but he helped me through the process and ensured I got a great deal and a fantastic warranty. Highly recommend! Update: I’m back here for the third time because my tire pressure light has not gone off since I had the tires replaced a week ago. Came back once and was told to come back because they didn’t have the tool needed. (This place is about 20 minutes from my house and certainly could have found a car shop closer but was told Midas had a good deal and warranty so thought it worth the trip) Came back again and have been waiting for over 60 minutes for them to replace a sensor with minimal communication about how long this will take. Thought it would be a quick fix and reset. Not sure if the installation was the issue or if it’s the staff here now. Brian was great but he’s not here today. Disappointed with these next two encounters given how it started.
