I am incredibly impressed with the service we received. We were in a tough spot at the end of a sunday, and this team stepped up and came out on a Sunday afternoon to replace our entire electrical panel. John, D’ante, and Albert were absolute professionals from start to finish. They kept us up to speed throughout the entire installation, explaining the process clearly so we knew exactly what was happening. Even though it was a Sunday and a major repair, we never once felt like we were being taken advantage of. They gave us a detailed, very fair quote with zero upselling. This is the 3rd time we have used Miller & Sons for our electrical needs. Today they replaced two ceiling fans. John and D’Ante are excellent to work with. They are courteous, professional, and kept us informed of the progress. A couple of issues arose, and they clearly communicated the problem and gave us our choice of solutions. I had Miller and Sons Electric install a ceiling fan for me and they did an excellent job. The electricians on site, Dante and John, were incredibly kind, respectful, and easy to talk to. They made the whole process comfortable and took the time to make sure everything was done properly. The fan was installed perfectly and looks great. Had an issue on my grandmas home and found these guys on Google. They’ve come out twice on short notice to make sure I don’t have an issue. They’ve were thorough, straightforward, explained pricing and were very professional. So nice to have a good vendor that I can trust and rely on. The owner John is great to deal with and is honest which is so important since I don’t live in the area. Highly recommend.
