Walk-in clinic at CVS on Camelback Road. Convenient care for minor health concerns.

Came and brought my son as he was feeling ill, the check in process in the kiosk was seamless but upon checking in I was asked if I needed help. Nurse practitioner Kela Gates, NP was sooo amazing the best NP I’ve encountered in my whole healthcare career. She addressed my son directly and was very engaged with him on his diagnosis and the risk of not following his medical care (treatment). It definitely empowered my son to ask questions to have a better understanding. I’ll definitely come to this location if needed in the future. Btw I was able to set up his appointment after work and was scheduled for the same day. Unparalleled service!

This minute clinic sucks!!! All types of weird vibes. I appreciate the lady who helped me first but whoever she handed me off to had a very careless demeanor. I hope she finds another job that better suits her attitude!

Had a follow up for a tb test and they cancelled 10 minutes before. Tried to re-schedule online using the account I created 2 days ago and the system said I didn't have an account. So I had to call to schedule an appointment and had to give ALL OF MY INFORMATION AGAIN. Terrible system. Go anywhere else.

I currently have strep throat as I am writing this, but I came in at 5-530 after speaking with an employee on the phone stating walk in visiting is open and available. I sat in the lobby for 2 1/2 hours waiting to be seen by an employee just to be turned away at 730. At no point did this human being bother to interact with me to provide me with an info on the status of my appointment. I wasted my entire night and never even got to take my work boots off, terrible place with constant stream of homeless passing in and out of the space

Unfortunately, we keep striking out when using this location. Last week we arrived as a walk in only to be greeted by a sign that said "Closed. Sorry for the inconvenience." They are allowing walk ins I tried again on 8/5 to seek medical care. Mind you this service is covered %100 by my insurance which is why I keep going back. They say that walk ins are welcome and when I arrived they said if I didn't schedule an appointment then I am not getting seen. They said they don't have enough staff. This is understandable but yet unacceptable. My confidence in this service has been breached and I plan on reporting this to the corporate office.
