Great carwash, tbh I just moved to the area about 4 months ago and coming from the East Coast, this car wash (system) they got out here is top notch. I wish there were more locations however the customer service has been very helpful, the drying and vacuum stations are always filled with window solution and clean rags. The vacuums and air tools work great and have plenty of power. Highly recommended. Definitely get attention on the cars when nicely washed

We have a monthly membership at Super Star Car Wash on North Scottsdale Road near Old Town, and it's hands down one of the best bargains around. We use it a few times a week, and it's become part of our routine—but honestly, it's not just about the clean car. The real reason we look forward to our visits? ERNIE. This guy is FANTASTIC. He's joyful and enthusiastic, and he makes our day every time we see him. There's something special about someone who brings that kind of positive energy to their work—it's contagious! We look forward to stopping by to say hi to Ernie. The car wash itself is great, the membership is an incredible value, but Ernie is what makes this place stand out. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Timmy and Donavon at Super Star Car Wash are always great. They’re super friendly, helpful, and just have really positive attitudes every time I come through. They make the whole experience easy and are always willing to answer questions or help out if you need anything. It’s clear they care about good customer service and making sure people leave happy. Really appreciate the great energy and service they bring! I never thought I’d be someone who has a monthly car wash membership but they really convinced me. Loyal Super Star customer!!

I’m writing this to document a service failure at the Scottsdale Rd location just north of Thomas. My vehicle entered the wash in good condition and exited with a clearly visible, uniform pattern of horizontal scratches—approximately 18 inches thick—running from the driver-side headlight to the tailgate. What happened: An attendant who assisted me through the gate saw the vehicle immediately beforehand and confirmed it was undamaged prior to entering the wash. The scratches were noticed right after exiting. Damage details: The marks are consistent in height and direction across the driver’s side, with several deeper scratches that are especially visible in direct sunlight. A professional detailer later confirmed the damage pattern is consistent with contact from an automatic car wash. Management response: A manager named Roger briefly looked at the vehicle and immediately denied responsibility without performing any inspection or creating an incident report. He stated that the “rollers are foam” and therefore could not cause this type of damage, effectively ending the conversation. No investigation was conducted. Resolution: I did not request immediate payment, only a formal review and acknowledgment of the issue. No refund was offered (not even the $11 wash), and there was no attempt to document or assess the equipment involved. I’m now facing significant out-of-pocket costs to restore the vehicle to its prior condition. For Scottsdale residents, the concern here isn’t just the equipment, it’s the absence of any established process to investigate damage or protect the customer when something goes wrong. Based on this experience, I would not risk bringing a vehicle to this location.

I’m pleased to share that Roger N. has truly turned this location around. I greatly appreciate the services that Superstar offers its customers. This is the only location where I consistently feel both safe and welcomed. I also want to highlight that it is one of the few locations that is always clean and well-stocked with fresh towels. As a rideshare driver, I visit the car wash at least once a day, and the experience here has always been positive. Finally, I want to extend my sincere thanks to Roger and his team on Scottsdale Road for their outstanding service.
