On 2-2-2026 approx. 9:45am I heard a banging sound and my rear window got shattered! I've never had an issue until now in the last several years I've been an unlimited wash customer. I've explored looking for a contact email to let Mister know what happened but haven't had any luck yet. Possibly someone will contact me to explore if something may be done to assist myself and all future customers. Thank You, Richard

Bent my antenna and dislocated my side-view mirror. Waiting around to get it resolved but very few people work here. Sierrah eventually finished dealing with another unsatisfied customer and came over to me, holding a broken antenna from a different car. I guess it’s hard for them to keep track of all the parts they break off of different people’s cars. Sierrah told me that there is a sign that warns customers of risks to their antennas - I’ll attach it here. This sign is located off to the side of the tunnel as you drive in, where an employee motions you to proceed through the tunnel without directing customers to read the sign, and this note about antennas is buried in the middle of it. Apparently I’ll hear back in 2-3 business days after they do an investigation and review camera footage - I don’t expect to be satisfied with the response I get. Also attached are pictures of Sierrah holding some other victim’s antenna while photographing the wrong side view mirror of my truck. Ironically, I brought my beloved truck here for a wash so that I could take it home to touch up some peeling paint but the truck and I are now leaving in worse shape than we arrived. Edit: adding picture of the damaged antenna housing.

Dear Mister Car Wash Corporate Team, I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding vehicle damage that occurred at your Mister Car Wash location in Tucson, Arizona (Speedway Blvd & Country Club Rd) on January 28, 2026. Prior to entering the wash tunnel, I followed explicit instructions previously given to me by location management: I was told to ask the tunnel attendant to perform a top brush retract to prevent damage to my vehicle’s roof-mounted light bar. Upon arriving at the tunnel entrance, I did exactly that. The attendant acknowledged my request and stated that he would retract the top brush. Despite this assurance, the top brush was not retracted, and it made contact with my vehicle, causing damage to my light bar. After reporting the incident, I spoke with the General Manager, Ciara, who denied my claim outright. I was told that Mister Car Wash bears no responsibility because the damaged component is an aftermarket part. This response is unacceptable and logically flawed. The issue is not whether the part is aftermarket—the issue is that I followed management’s instructions, relied on an employee’s confirmation, and the employee failed to take the agreed-upon preventive action, directly resulting in damage. Additionally, no apology or expression of concern was offered. The response was entirely dismissive and lacked professionalism, accountability, or customer care. I am requesting the following: A formal review of this incident, including employee conduct and management’s handling of the claim Compensation for the damage caused to my vehicle’s light bar A written response addressing why my request—made specifically to prevent damage—was ignored I have been a paying customer and acted in good faith at every step. I expect Mister Car Wash to do the same by taking responsibility for employee negligence and providing a fair resolution. I look forward to your prompt response. Sincerely, Robert

I had a bad experience at this location about three years ago. Recently I saw that the Mister Car Wash – Speedway location had been renovated and reopened a few months ago, so I thought the service might have improved and decided to try it again today. Unfortunately, the cleaning quality was disappointing. After the wash, a lot of dirt was still visible on the car. I brought this to the attention of the staff, and they allowed me to go through the wash a second time, which I appreciated. However, even after the second wash, the same dirt remained on the car. This suggests the issue is not just a one-time miss but likely a problem with the wash quality or equipment. Given that this location was recently renovated, I expected much better results. I hope management reviews the service quality and ensures customers actually get a proper clean.

After being under construction for the better part of a year, the Mister Car Wash at Speedway and Country Club is now just a run-of-the-mill car wash. This location used to be full service, with staff handling windows, interior cleaning, and final touch-ups—what made it worth the price. That’s all gone now, yet prices appear to be about the same. The value just isn’t there anymore. I still had bug splatter and road grime on my car, and I now have to clean the windows and interior myself—things that were always taken care of in the past. There was also no clear heads-up that the location had changed so significantly. The only way to get the service Mister Car Wash used to offer is to drive all the way to River Road. Overall, this feels like a downgrade driven by automation, and a disappointing loss of value and service.
