Very positive experience overall. The team was on time, efficient, and still very thorough. The work was well done, and the pricing was reasonable. The only feedback is the arrival window auto message still had an 8 hour window. However, when I called, they were able to narrow it to a 2-hour window, which was helpful. I would use this service again and recommend them.

I love the 2 women who come to my house to help me! They do an amazing job! They are kind and polite and strong and get along well with each other. It’s a gift to myself every time they come to my house! Thank you Molly Maids! And especially, thank you to you two lovely women!

My husband and I have been traveling a lot for the last couple of months and really needed and wanted to have our house clean prior to us getting back home. JESSICA and Paul did an excellent job because I had no idea what this house look like while we were gone. But when we arrived home this morning, Wednesday, the house is nice and clean. It’s so amazing to come home too. Thank you, JESSICA and Paula and thank Molly Maid.

I am very pleased with the job Team 3 (Leticia & Daimara) did on my apartment. It only took 90 minutes. They did a phenomenal job. I am going through a government shutdown right now. I am not getting paid. Unfortunately, I didn't give them a tip. However, they both deserve extra money for the job they did today. I am very content and satisfied with their hard work and dedication.

Had Judith and Blanca work on move out cleaning, they took instructions clearly and went above and beyond, they were the absolute best, will recommend! Customer services were also nice, good communication and they respond promptly.
