The autumn colors at Sky Valley are simply stunning right now. Each season—winter and summer included—offers its own unique beauty and atmosphere. It’s a very worthwhile short trip from Tucson, with breathtaking views all along the ascent. Truly not to be missed!

Awesome place to play in the snow, walk in fall colors or ride the lift to the top in the summer or winter. I have seen turkey and deer while riding the lift. Limited parking but it's worth the drive. Check out the restaraunts and shops in Ski Valley too. There is a 30 degree change in temperature from Tucson to Ski Valley so dress accordingly. 4 wheel drive recommended in the snow.

Awesome views. Great radio location. Large Wild turkeys. Golden aspens. So much different than the desert below. Amazing rock formations on the way up.

This is an incredible get away/day trip from Tucson in the summer time. The area has cute small town vibes. It is very walkable although it is a mountain so you are going up and down hills. There are plenty of spots to have a picnic and a few restaurants up there. A few different shops most of which sell delicious fudge. There is corn hole just past the sweet shop in the summer time. You are able to rent cabins and there is a lodge to stay which would be a great staycation in the summer. Highly recommend to anyone who hasn't gone.
