I arrived at 5:45 PM, as the clinic requested, for my 6:00 PM appointment. The front staff were polite, and one of them even brought my 3‑year‑old daughter a small toy when we checked in, which I really appreciated. I was told there was only one person ahead of me, after asking around 6:20pm. However, their was a lady who checked me in and got my weight and was asking me a few questions. She was arguing with me about needing an EKG and I just simply refused for today, and then she was trying to talk to me while my daughter was screaming at me and I asked her if she could wait a minute because I couldnt hear her. She made a comment implying I shouldn’t bring a child to a doctor’s office, which was unnecessary and inappropriate. She told me I could “go wait in room 5" since I wouldn’t leave and her tone was unprofessional. Then she slammed the door after my daughter and I walked into the room and all I heard was laughing from her and another staff. After that interaction, my wait time increased significantly. Other patients were seen before me despite my scheduled appointment and the fact that I had a young child with me. Once I was placed in the room, I waited far longer than expected. To be fair, a different staff member did check on me about 30 minutes before the doctor came in and asked kindly if I needed anything, which I appreciated. But overall, the communication from the staff involved in the earlier interaction was inconsistent and unprofessional. The bathrooms also had no toilet paper, which I documented with photos. The doctor himself was polite, but the overall experience was stressful, poorly managed, and not something I would recommend based on this visit.

Worst office ever I been coming here now since July, and they are horrible at customer service, I can get her 15-20 mins early and I will be th last one to get check in ! I’m just not understanding it’s never a time weather I check in here with them or check in early I sit in the waiting room for 40 mins just to get called me mean while other people that walk in after me gets called right in ! All they have to say is there are other providers, and this why schedule and appointment just for me to save all the time, I got here at 8:45, didn’t get in the back till 9:17 as you can see the lobby had about 15 people including me I was one of the 5 to get check in before the others and still was the last one to get called, I get to the back the MA lady whoever she is wanna get an attitude because I ask to speak to a supervisor, manger she proceeded to tell me “ I was gonna room you but you have to wait for a manger” like who tells a patient that ? I was suppose to be room around 9:00-9:05! If you have 3 providers why is all them working on walk ins I’m an established patient now and today is my last day coming i will not be returning to this location after today, I did speak with th manger and he told me he’s trying to improve but when with the employees talking like that lost my respect for them! So as of now I been sitting in the room from 9:17 and will update you guys when an the time I was seen Update: was seen at 9:35 by the provider just to be out by 9:43, an thanks to Nicole, and Dahavi for there work!!

My Dr Now, does very well with walk in appointments. Process was fast and smooth. Dr. Johnson was great and explained any needed medication very well and was thorough with the exam visit and was very helpful with questions I had for her. Overall great experience and glad I walked in instead of going to urgent care.

When I first appeared at my doctor now, I was greeted by Mary at the front desk was very welcoming. Help me walk through the paperwork, assisted me with any questions that I had. When I went in the back I was greeted by this amazing doctor Nicole there should be more people on this planet earth like her. She was very open very knowledgeable about the issues that I had and gave me a lot of information to help me through the process as a person with no insurance to get to help that I need it in order to achieve some of the things that I needed to take care of . Thank you, Nicole for being the awesome person that you are.
