New Serenity Spa

New Serenity Spa was a great experience. Staff was very helpful and attentive. They really did go above and beyond my expextations. My group and I came from another state and everyone did Massages and Facials. We were greeted by staff around 8:30am even though they do not open until 9 am. There was minimal paperwork to fill out and the type ofservice we came for gave us the opportunity to Have lunch after our massages and facials. I had Nina as my massage therapist and she did my facial as well which was very convenient as i did not have to switch rooms or have a different person for each thing. Ive had massages before but this has been by far one of the best experiences I have had. Nina was very informative and always asked if i was conformtable every step of the way. For the facial portion of it, I have to admit im always very skeptical about them because I've had bad experiences in the past, but Nina did a great job about walking me through every step, what she was doing, what it was for etc. She is very nice and friendly. After the massage and facial we had our lunch at the spa with mimosas and it was lovely. we had our own private space and again staff was very attentive. After our lunch we headed out and each of our esthetiticians had left product recommendations for us at the front counter. You are free to buy them or choose not to. There is no pressure at all with this. However it was a great option for myself and a few other on my team who decided to get the products. It was a great time and experience, 10/10 would recommend.

My two daughters and I had massages today. All three massage therapists were wonderful. The check-in experience was a breeze. The facility was lovely. The staff was welcoming. We would definitely recommend!

Couples massages are hard to come by in Scottsdale without dropping a fortune at a resort and making a reso very far in advance. We found New Serenity nearby. I was able to call a couple days before and schedule. We were greeted on arrival and went to a very relaxing waiting area with tea and some simple snacks. Our therapists Caitlyn and Brooke then came in to take us back. It was a large room with side by side tables. We got the 60 minute but could’ve stayed all day. Highly recommend Caitlyn and Brooke! We will be back again. A+++

Scheduling and front desk staff was friendly efficient and gracious. The form I filled out prior to my massage and Mackenzie Jock helped me identify areas that needed attention. The massage was great and I feel so much better! I am so glad we chose this spa, I highly recommend!

My facial with Andrea was both relaxing and informative. Andrea is very knowledgeable about skin types and recommendations. My facial included massage, cleansing, moisturizing, and so much more. The spa is immaculate, inviting, and so peaceful. I will be back!
