Location is clean always a must,. Staff professional (not authoritarian), friendly well mannered. The environment brings a get together. Cool 😎 place to spend the time. Zack,.Andrew and STAFF all around made it happen.

What a wonderful place for all ages! We celebrated my grandson's 3rd birthday here and I was very impressed with the facility. There was something to do for all of the kids even a toddler. Everything was clean (even the bathrooms). The staff was friendly and courteous. My one issue was my party host. She was very timid and I had to constantly look for her to ask her questions about what we needed to do. I was a tad bit annoyed by that. Other than that it was a great experience and everyone had a good time.

Place is clean everyone is helpful friendly staff. Bought in groupon best deal worth every penny. Will come here alot from now on.

We had such a wonderful experience at Ninja Kids! From the moment we arrived, Sydney was incredibly helpful and kind. My toddler was a little overstimulated at first, and Sydney immediately noticed and went out of her way to make him feel comfortable. Thanks to her patience and sweet personality, he eventually opened up and started playing! Not only was Sydney amazing, but the entire staff was so attentive and caring. I noticed how engaged they were with all the kids on the floor. When my friend’s daughter took a little tumble, someone came over right away with ice packs and genuine concern. This place truly deserves 5 stars for their caring staff, fun environment, and how well they look after the kids. Highly recommend Ninja Kids!

I had a wonderful experience and couldn't be more satisfied. My son had his birthday party on Sunday, And everyone had a blast. The quality, attention to detail, and overall service was outstanding. The manager Cece was absolutely amazing, its very clear she puts a lot of effort into making sure customers feel valued and comfortable. My party host Sharon was very caring and helpful. I would absolutely recommend ninja kids. I will definitely be coming back thank you
