North Italia - Tucson

Got food to take home. I Use to eat at North in oc California and loved it. Tasty as always and never disappoints. Girls working front desk are very sweet. Offered water while I wait for food. Also friendly and genuinely seemed happy to be there! Great atmosphere for a large group or small. I ordered steak and the greens it came with were delicious 😋 Grill chicken was yummy and juicy and not dry, which i absolutely hate. I didnt taste much flavor which was fine. My husband basically ate almost all of it before I got a piece. Brussel sprouts 10/10 charred just right perfect flavor Farm salad had pine nuts and cheese was so good. We usually dont like salad and this was delicious.

It’s a nice place with a great patio. It has good happy hour drinks. The Old Fashioned is so tasty with the hazelnut. The food was the problem. It is extremely over seasoned. Our tongues were burning after the Caesar salad- way too much lemon, pepper and salt. Then came the cacio e Pepe pizza- COVERED in crushed red pepper and pounds of cheese. It made the pizza so heavy. It reminded me of Pizza Hut. Italian pizza should be lighter. Even the crust was salty. When the waiter asked - red pepper or cheese- I thought he was stating what was on the pizza lol Service was good. Drinks were good. Go for happy hour drinks. Skip the food.

Extremely slow experience! We were really looking forward to trying this place, and our server was absolutely wonderful—friendly, attentive, and did everything right on their end. Unfortunately, the kitchen was unbelievably slow. It took an unusually long time just to get two appetizers, and by the time our pizza arrived, we had been waiting so long that it really took away from the experience. To make things worse, the pizza itself was disappointing. The crust was burnt, hard as a rock, and overall not very enjoyable. It’s a shame, because the service from our server was fantastic, but the food quality and pace from the kitchen just didn’t match. We left feeling frustrated and let down after what could have been a great meal. Hopefully, management takes note and addresses the kitchen delays and food consistency, because the front-of-house team deserves better support.

Everything was delicious. The butternut squash was amazing, the salas was fresh, my pasta was delicious. It's a must try.

My wife & I decided to try this place out for our date night. With an 18 month old at home, we don't get many nights out alone. North didn't disappoint. My Vodka Rigatoni was probably the best Italian dish I've ever had and my wife was also very happy with hers. Our waitress Olivia was awesome as well! I'd definitely recommend this place for any occasion of Italian dishes.
