The whole procedure went according to plan. As always Dr. Reddy was spot on and l do have to mention 3 nurses that were exceptional. Jeff and Dahlia were very professional in the pre opt staging prior to my procedure. Jeff in particular was excellent in the post opt care. Anne who was the first person l met after surgery was caring and helpful in my adjustment period right after surgery. My total experience was very satisfying , couldn't have been better.

Yes, they do have an office in Green Valley. Pretty laid back but professional staff. Just starting with this office, so I will continue ue this review at a latter date.

Pros: 99% of the care I received was amazing! Wonderful people, my procedure was done by a stellar team. CONS: I was on the telemetry unit, which is supposed to be more quiet with better care. When I was moved, the nurse wasn't informed I was there until an hour later. That night, I woke up at midnight and an old, half-naked from the waist down man was staring at me. They shooed him back to his bed and told him to stay put. My chart was mixed up with someone else, so as I was going in for my procedure they had someone else's address, phone number and emergency contact for me. We had to wait until they corrected everything. At the moment, my roommate has 7 relatives visiting with a 3-year-old with a bouncing ball and they are LOUD. PROS: the amazing nurses and techs. They put up with this kind of garbage all the time and there's really nothing they can do about it. They did move me because I had just had a pacemaker put in and my blood pressure was shooting through the roof. I am so grateful to them and Northwest should absolutely know what an asset they have in these wonderful people. BUT, they should look at how they protect their patients and how they protect their employees. Because they are failing miserably.

I am specifically reviewing NW Medical Center at La Cholla/Orange Grove. My husband had a good experience going in through ER and then being admitted for care. All the staff was friendly and competent. He wants to give special thanks to his daytime nurse, Cialo and his nighttime nurse, Jaqueline. He appreciates their good humor and care. The food was excellent!! No joking about hospital food at NW. We are grateful to the doctors and all the staff required to provide high quality care at NW Medical. Thank you!

The staff was welcoming and attentive. My surgery was delayed due to an emergency surgery. Dr Balderman and his staff let me know about the reason for the delay and kept me informed, so there weren’t any surprises. The OR staff was professional and helped put me at ease. They went over the procedure carefully. The recovery room staff was also most helpful, explaining that I would need to go to ICU to help with my blood pressure regulation. I was discharged at noon on the following day. Thank you to all the staff for an excellent experience.
