Outstanding!!!!! Service was fantastic above and beyond by all stretches. Our server really did a fantastic job with us. We never felt rushed at all. We had a cocktail before ordering the tequila old fashioned was delicious. The Oysters Rockefeller were so good. All four of us were happy with our meals. The Branzino was the big winner of the night. My wife had the salmon, and our friends had the tuna (cooked perfectly rare) and the scallops. The wines our server paired with our food worked masterfully. The dessets were a very nice surprise for us as well. Now, it is expensive as all get out, but it was definitely worth every penny spent. Not one of us in our party thought it was overpriced. We all thought it was just delicious, the best meal we had while visiting Scotsdale.

Celebrated my hubby B-Day here. The customer service was really nice and the atmosphere was good too. Maybe some soft music could have been playing. The waiter extremely professional. They clear the table so fast to get things ready for the next dish and give you these warm towels with this lovely rosemary scent to clean your hands. Let’s get into the food. The presentation is okay, the steak was cooked well done but a lil too hard, no juices. The Rockefeller oysters were okay but definitely missing something. I had better. The shrimp devil eggs were good. The lobster was good too but salty. The best part for us was the sweet potato side dish. Scallops were good too. I try and give them another shot.

Came here Friday night, last minute. We're able to grab resos for two. Got the hot seafood tower and a 22oz steak. Food and service were amazing! Might be one of the best steakhouses I've been to. The seafood tower was delicious and well done. The steak was crispy and perfectly seared on the outside but juicy and moist inside. Probably the best restaurant I went to in Phoenix.

Ocean 44 delivers a truly sublime and unforgettable dining experience, marked by both impeccable service and extraordinary culinary presentation. The staff was gracious and attentive, ensuring a seamless and delightful evening from start to finish. The culinary artistry was magnificent. We began with the clam chowder, which was exquisite—it was creamy and full of rich flavor, featuring perfectly sized pieces of clam. The Pacific yellowtail hamachi was equally impressive, offering a fresh, flavorful start. The centerpiece, the 45-day dry-aged ribeye, was nothing short of superb—cooked with masterful precision to be succulent and deeply flavorful. The New York strip was also tender and juicy. Our appetizers included the deliciously seasoned crispy shrimp. Among the sides, the corn crème brûlée was an absolute must-try; its decadent sweetness and velvety texture were utterly divine. The only minor misstep was the lobster slider, which was unfortunately a bit arid. To cap off the meal, the complementary desserts were a delicious and thoughtful gesture, bringing our dining experience to a perfect close. In sum, Ocean 44 offers a luxurious and high-caliber experience. The exceptional quality of the seafood and steaks, the divine sides, and the unparalleled service make it a premier destination for any discerning palate.

We dined at the bar as a party of two. It was a wonderful experience. Impressive wine list. The hamachi & octopus appetizers were my favorite. Sally was our server and she is fabulous. We had a few different courses and the meal was paced perfectly. Great place to go for a date night or special event.
