Octopus Car Wash Phoenix

I had the very best experience with this detail car wash. OMG, did they do a great job, paid attention to details, cleaned, washed, and waxed the outside and then cleaned the inside interior, blowing out vents and more. My truck hasn't looked this good since it was new and I picked it up at the dealership! And the price was more than fair! Wow! I highly recommend this place and hope to come back the next time I am in the area! The owner of this place is awesome and steps in to take care of any and all issues!!!

Absolutely terrible! I had one little spot of sap from a tree on the windshield and made it clear that I wanted that removed., As you can see all they did was smear it! I paid a premium price for extra detailing and and the slot on the console inside my truck still has all the the debris in it that it had when I drove in.

If I could put negative stars on this I would. Paid 130 bucks for sub par work. they didn't wash motor when I asked. and wouldn't provide any money back. Windshield stuck on. Detail is just as bad. Try harder for better communication guys.

Usually they do an ok job. This time it wasn't good at all. Paid $29.99 for the WORKS and it looks like it was just a basic wash. The windows were spotted and streaky. The crome bumper wasn't wiped down, the dash was wiped down only in the middle so the sides never got touched.

Had the basic wash. They did a good job. We come here 2 times a month.
