Nick in Parts will hallways have a good time helping you find specific answers and parts for what you're trying to do and his boss, Danny, is a very customer-oriented guy. Andy and Gabe in Service are amazing at being personable while finding solutions to either problems or creative ideas to tell what will work, what won't, and break it down every step of the way. Even one of their technicians, Tommy (I believe?), took the time to answer questions I had and explained the steps he needed to do in a very polite and courteous manner. The Parts and Service teams are outstanding here and beat out their sister stores by far.

Last day it was open so my wife and I decided to go and at least maybe pick up a shirt and a poker chip. Did spend a little time looking at bikes because I’m looking to get my wife into a little nicer one. She found a couple of bikes she liked so we went home to get hers for a trade-in. She test rode and picked the one she liked. When we first got there the sale folks were all like great day to buy because they want to move bikes. Sales staff was fine but the manager came over with the numbers. Not impressed. First off no discount on the advertise price of the bike and a trade in number that was right where is should have been. First thing I thought was where is the deal? It all went downhill from there. I commented about trade in value which wasn’t bad but I pointed out Indian offered the same, the response I got back was “well you don’t want an Indian. First off don’t get so full of yourself Indian makes a good bike and I kind of expect Harley to do a little better on a trade when you are trading in a Harley then I expect Indian to give but as I said it was not bad. The next problem was the dealer fee which I said was the highest I had ever seen. The response was “well ive seen higher”. I’m thinking well good for you but I know full well what that fee is and while I concede there is a price to getting a bike ready to resale it is unlikely it is close to what they are charging. They added other stuff that I did not ask for or want so I wanted them removed and asked for another $300 on the trade but I also commented that I was not down with paying the original price. He comes back with the items removed and the $300 increase but no movement on the price. I asked to talk to my wife where I took the time to come up with my price. When he came back over I asked where is the deal? You have not moved on the price and gave what I should be getting on the trade. He acted like the $300 he gave me was some kind of great concession, it wasn’t. I said well he is my number and dropped the price of the bike by $2000. The immediate response was “that is not happening”. I asked why not and his response was “it just isn’t”. No counter offer just an immediate no. I hate motorcycle shopping and it is because of experiences like this and this my one of the worst. Just incredibly rude from the beginning. As was pointed out these are a luxury and he was right which means I don’t have to spend money. After he replied it wasn’t happening and it was clear this price was not moving I said ok and we got up and walked out. My understanding is out of the two Harley dealers this was the better of the two. If that’s the case I’d hate to see what is it like at Saguaro Harley.

Reg and the crew did a phenomenal job wrapping up our deal on a new Street Glide. The process of buying a new bike is stressful enough and everyone involved was willing to wait on me to think about what was right for our new purchase. Outside of being personable and patient, they beat my Credit Union and the dealership in Phoenix rate by 2.5%. Thank you everyone at the Old Pueblo Harley Davidson for a job well done.

I had a very pleasant experience working with Dustin. I can be a bit of a pain in neck trying to get it right. Dustin had much patience and held my hand handling all of my considerations. I give the whole team down at Old Pueblo Harley in Tucson, AZ five stars. I highly recommend them. I love my bike!
