Omni Tucson National Resort

Beautiful resort! We had a wonderful time staying in one of their casitas with great views of the golf course and pond. Staff was so welcoming and friendly. We truly felt pampered the whole time. Food was excellent. We enjoyed Bob's Steakhouse, as well as ordered room service a coulple of times from the other on-site restaurants. We didn't have a bad meal, everything was tasty! I took advantage of their spa and got a much needed massage. Husband played golf. All-in-all, it was a very nice and relaxing experience. And thank you Omar for your warm and friendly service and hospitality as our golf cart chauffeur for the weekend, lol! We appreciated you!

We lead a Conference at this facility for about 50 people. The business accommodations were excellent. Condition and support of our room functions were excellent. The amount of space between different events going on at the hotel made things very in terms of the event functions. It was perfect. Next was our personal rooms and we were in one of the Hacienda’s. It was a beautiful facilities as well. It was a bit of a hike to get from our Hacienda to the main functions of the primary building, but the golf cart guys were willing to drive you anytime you needed a quick trek. The restaurants and the food were excellent. It would be difficult for me to think of anything to critique at this facility.

The Omni is a wonderful resort, great location. Service was great from the start with valet help, concierge with Johnny, and the reception staff. Our room was spacious with a sitting area, large closet, bathroom area. We're not golfers so cannot comment on the course, but it was lovely to sit outside and watch players. The majority of the restaurants on site were fantastic, great staff and tasty food. There was only one that was a disappointment, both in the quality of food and service. We can highly recommend Bob's Steak house, the Desert Farmer and the coffee shop.

Like some of the other Omni locations, this resort has a great golf course. Grounds provide for a relaxing walk with fresh air. Views of the mountains are endless. We stayed at one of the Haciendas. Plenty of space. Ours had a larger refrigerator in the kitchenette as well. I was disappointed with the coffee machine and pod selection. Should've brought my own. Most places have upgraded to Nespresso machines. This resort has pod machines with low end, subpar coffee. I suggest getting your coffee through room service or going down to the cafe onsite. The closet is walk in and they have another separate coat closet as you walk in. Remote controlled fireplace was cozy for our winter nights. I did appreciate the larger windows throughout. The bathrooms were nice although beware that you need to run your shower for a bit in order to get hot water. I found it difficult to locate the room service menu on the website, but when we finally ordered and received it, we were pleased. I was not able to use the spa credit I paid for up front because they had no appointments and Bob's steakhouse is not open every day. Plan accordingly! Bartender at the lounge was courteous and had great suggestions. We enjoyed shuffleboard and pool table at Legends and their wait staff is attentive. Food was tasty! They are also pet friendly! The location of hotel worked out great for shopping. Just a short drive to some great sites.

The golf cart drivers were amazing and very accomodating to us. The housekeeping lwft us nice congratulations macarons and did our bed with flower petals i thought that was super sweet. The only issue I had was that our wedding dinners were wrong and more than one of our guests complained about the food. I was on edge trying to manage kids and mentioned to my another the glasses made no sense and couldn't eat and it wasnt what we chose imao it wasn't something I enjoyed. It tasted just off and not something I would have chosen if given the option. The wait staff seemed to intentionally pour sparkling water on my tablecloth and it got on my dress. I pointed it out and she didnt even say sorry so she must have gotten offended by me managing everyone's kids and hoping they wouldn't shatter wine glasses. My bad. I didnt eat and i want at keast em my partners and moms food comped case we hardly ate and i think i only took a few bites. I was upset at that point and not able to eat (even though i breastfeed two kids and NEED to). Wait staff was standing and watching me nurse and made eye contact several times without turning away when i clearly turned away to nurse so that wasnt cool i deserve a bit of privacy in those moments.
