Each person I had contact with; office staff, x-ray technician (Sheila), hygienist ( Kristin) and Dr Santiago smiled easily and frequently while never in a hurry. Each did a wonderful job with genuine “true” caring on display 100% of the time. Could not have been more impressed with all of their ‘Loving Kindness” and professionalism which far exceeded my expectations. Thank you. Already looking forward to my next visit.

I needed quick service to re-cement a crown that came off the prior evening. Oro Valley Dental Group was able to get me in within an hour and did a fantastic job. Dr Shaw was great and very efficient. My dental technician, who performed the majority of the work, was incredibly skilled and efficient. She was very patient, answered all my questions and did a perfect job preparing my crown for reattachment. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful and I felt very welcomed.

After being dumped by my previous dental care. Oro Valley Dental Group welcomed my wife and I with welcome smiles. Had my first appointment and I'm impressed with there clarity thoughtful attention to my needs. It's truly a top notch dental care group.

The first time I went to the Oro Valley dental group, I hadn’t been to the dentist for 2 1/2 years. I actually expected cavities and a hard cleaning. My hygienist went through my teeth, and then the dentist came in and checked out how things were going and looked at my front teeth that were cracking. They suggested I get a mouthguard to Prevent them from cracking farther to wear at night. I then was passed to the cleaning hygienist and that went very well. The office personnel were friendly. The staff was very friendly. They answered my questions when I had them and the whole experience went very smooth.. I would recommend anyone go to this office for their dentistry. They’re awesome.

As this was my first visit, the Practice was found to be very professional, starting with the front desk. I had a couple of minor issues and the lady who checked me in showed exceptional knowledge, initiative, and follow thru. The x ray tech, hygienist, and dentist each exhibited equal professionalism and all were found to be open and conversant. Facility was clean, bright, and welcoming. From the professionalism to the happy, lighthearted chemistry of the staff, i intend to make OVDG my dentist throughout my time in Tucson.
