My family brought me here for a nice little dinner and I was pleasantly surprised! What a cute little spot for a good dinner. The black mole enchiladas was literally to DIE for. I love enchiladas, and I love mole. What a fantastic combo. Please keep going y’all your place is bomb and such a great vibe too. Our server was super sweet too boot! Thanks y’all much appreciated. 10/10 would recommend.

I met my friend for breakfast I had never heard of this place, but she had been there for lunch prior. The food was great, the portions were appropriate. The service was great and clean. They were pretty busy, but this didn't affect our service. The food came out promptly and hot. Our server was very attentive. Each employee we asked to make a suggestion was more than happy to tell us about their favorites and walk us through the menu. I would surely go back when I am on that side of town.

We flew to Phoenix for several days to celebrate a family wedding. My son and I were looking to have brunch at a restaurant that we wouldn't find anywhere else but here in Phoenix. We figured, why eat food that you could already get by in Ohio. Well, all I can say it that we're glad we found Otro Cafe! The place is contemporary, without the trappings southwestern motifs, but a style that still exudes the southwest! The staff were friendly and were able to seat us quickly despite other larger groups ahead of us. The brunch menu wasn't overwhelming but had enough variety. I ordered the Consuella del sur, and my son ordered the Nortica. All I can say is, it was worth flying to Phoenix for. We will hopefully get a chance to try a couple of other great places before we fly back.

This is hands down an incredibly good spot for both brunch and lunch. The service was excellent and the staff made us feel very welcome. It is also a great cafe if you are looking for high-quality caffeinated drinks. The menu is reasonably priced for the quality of food you get. You absolutely must try the tortillas, chocolate chip pancakes, carne asada, and barbacoa—they were all highlights of the meal.
