I’m very disappointed with the experience I had with this lender. From the beginning, it was clear that the team was not knowledgeable about the type of loan I needed. Gary redirected me to Larry, who immediately said he couldn’t see the value of the house online and seemed negative from the start. He also stated I needed a 680 credit score—once the score was confirmed at 680, he suddenly said everything was fine. We then spent two full weeks waiting, only to learn after the appraisal that lenders do not accept short-term rental income for DSCR loans, only long-term rental. This was a detail that should have been known and addressed on day one but Larry claimed he had no idea about it . Time and money were wasted due to their lack of experience with DSCR loans and very poor communication. Based on this experience, I would NOT recommend this lender nor work with them again in the future .
