The employees here get really offended when you bring them a QR code or something that this location doesn't process. Simply educate the customer , no need to get upset . Make the drive to Havasu , avoid this little hole in the wall location . They're behind 10 years + *Update* All you need to do is read the replies to the reviews on here from the owner and that will tell you all you need to know

Update Nov 26 2025. I still do not have the tools I ordered. No communication as to where my tools went. I needed those tools. That is the reason I bought them. I paid in advance for parcel service, but I get lies for my money.

In rural Arizona, towns are few and far between. A single trip for mail can require 20 miles of driving, often over 70 miles round-trip. Because of this, accuracy and efficiency from a mail service are essential to avoid unnecessary travel, wasted fuel, and lost time. I had confirmed through Amazon that my package had been delivered to the mail service location I pay for. When I arrived, the clerks asked only for my rented box number and did not request my name. I provided it anyway, as the shipment was clearly addressed to me “C/O” their service. The clerk briefly checked the store computer and stated that if the package had arrived that day, it would not yet be processed. I Re-clarified that the delivery occurred the previous day. Instead of looking up incoming deliveries by my name—an expected and reasonable step—I was told I needed to provide the tracking number. I located it on my tablet, a 12-digit FedEx number that no customer could be expected to memorize. After glancing at the tracking information for only a few seconds, the clerk finally stood up, walked the 10 Ft., and retrieved the package. My $650 computer, that had just been dismissed as “not here.” Had I accepted the clerk’s initial response, it would have resulted in another unnecessary 20-mile trip. I also inquired about a second package delivered two days earlier. Again, instead of checking under my name, the clerk insisted on a tracking number, requiring me to step outside to retrieve it. On my way home to find the rrack number A call from the "Store owner". I expected to hear a business question about how could the appearing--Disaperarin package problem could be solved. Instead I got an "Irrate angry boyfried" rant about how wrong i was. I didnt want to hear him try to make points with his girlfriend that was too inept to do the mail service I was paying for. The second package They say it is not there, i need to track it down. On Nov 16 2025. I used the USPS Tracking number it says the package was delivered to the mail service. "Delivered, Front Desk/Reception/Mail Room PARKER, AZ 85344 November 15, 2025, 7:48 am This is just one of a few similar experiences that reflects a lack of customer service, attention, and basic effort. In a rural area where customers travel long distances, such dismissive and inefficient practices create unnecessary hardship and undermine trust in the business. Have they gone from inept to criminal theft? I suppose they intend on stealing my 5 months left on my box fee and the other packages. Maybe a complaint with the U.S. Postal inspector will aid in retrieval of my property. November 18 25 Update: Every ups, Fed-ex or us post office always asks me my name when I say I have a package. And not a single one of them keeps sitting in a chair without at least looking. I do not want to be told there is no package for me without the clerk getting up and trying. I had to insist I knew my $650 computer was there, and it was. Absolute marcel it just appeared. Your clerk also said the other package was not there. THE US POST OFFICE SAYS IT IS. Are you calling them a liar too? Are you trying to steal my packages? So you think because I did not let you steal my $650 computer you are going to keep my other package, and the last 6 months of my money I paid you? Well the USPS will be investigating you and find out why you call them a liar and stole my package. Maybe Fed-ex might also be interested as to why you are scamming people.

I use this location to ship packages and mail to when I am boondocking in the winter months. Proprietor is wonderful. Friendly, clean, easy to pick up packages and reasonably priced for services I've used across the country. Highly recommend.
