Patio Pools & Spas

After carefully considering my options for a new spa, I decided to purchase a very expensive spa from Patios Pools and Spas. The deciding point was that the company provides service under warranty...in lieu of waiting for the manufacturer to support/respond. From the onset the company was supportive and responsive....but that has changed. A service technician was sent to my home 3 weeks ago, and still no resolution. Finally received a response to my messages indicating they would follow up....nothing. Pinged them again, and it seems that they may be attempting to do something in the days to come, but nothing can be scheduled. If you are looking for a company that stands by their products and services I cannot recommend this company.

I've had problems with refractory mustard algae and the cleaning of an unusually shaped pool with a lap lane. I want to give a thank you to Suzette and Ian at the main Patio Pool store. Both were extremely knowledgable and spent very significant time helping with pool chemistry and selecting the right water treatments. The results are great so far, crystal clear water. I also considered a robotic pool vacuum. I order to help out and see if it was a good match for the pool, they both helped assemble the unit in store. Saved a lot of trouble, ended up purchasing the unit and I am very pleased with the result so far. Also helpful was their reassurance that I could return if it didn't work in my pool. Overall great customer service.

I am a new customer to Patio and Pools. If you are looking for service you will initially meet Dorry. She is very knowledgeable, kind, and skilled. I also had the pleasure of meeting Brian Stanford who has years of experience snd expertise. He will assess your pool and make a plan to ensure your pool is well cared for. What I experienced with these two individuals is rare in this day…a commitment and practice of excellence!

I purchased a new variable speed Pentair pool pump and filter. I went with a filter that I will never have to backwash. I will only have to open the tank and clean the four filters about once every 6 to 9 months. This will be saving me money as well as countless gallons of water each year which makes me feel like I am making a small contribution to Tucson's water supply. I am very pleased with my service rep, McKay. He was helpful, informative, and showed me what I need to do to take care of the pool myself going forward. They are very helpful inside the store as well. I also use Patio Pools to test my water each month. I follow what they tell me to do and I never have a problem.

Patio Pools and Spa gave us excellent and timely service when one of our pool heaters broke down at our HOA community pool. Jerrod was extremely professional and was helpful from the moment he came out to give us a bid until the completion of installation a few days later. Excellent customer service and knowledgeable staff!
