BUYER BE WARE!! Terrible. Charged me 476 for 2 weeks and then came back and asked for another $100 after the fact. This place is cute but the management is awful and shady. Come here but they only take cash or check and they just stole over $400 from me so I’m out. Stay at your own risk.

They don’t even deserve one star! Where do I start! We were informed at the time of purchase that there was. $799.00 “document fee” on top of the price of the RV! When arrived home we found that the battery did not hold a charge and the toilet leaked. We went back to Pedata and were given another battery and a seal so we had to repair the toilet ourselves! On our very first trip, the bedroom window literally fell out on our way to the campground. Pedata refused to replace the window or even buy a window for us to replace ourselves. Also a valve was leaking on the black tank that had to be replaced. We will never deal with this company again. Their shoddy and fraudulent business practices and poor attitude Made for a very unpleasant buying experience!

Amazing sales and service people at Pedata. This was our first travel trailer purchase and we shopped around! Hit every lot in Tucson and went back to the first one to buy. Jeff with his laid back no pressure sales was perfect! He showed us exactly what we wanted and wasn't focused on the upsell. JR in service was fantastic as well. Very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. We'll go back when we decide to upgrade. Thank you Pedata!!!

After months of searching Taylor at Pedata RV Center in Tucson, AZ helped us end our search. Thank you Taylor for proving above and beyond customer service with attention to detail. When we arrived at the facility we were taken on a short ride by golf cart to our new RV. Once there, we were accompanied by technician J.R for a detailed explanatory walkthrough of all the systems of our new RV. Our new Coach was serviced, washed, detailed and ready to hit the road. Thank you again Taylor for your hard work and assistance ensuring all of the painstaking paperwork details were completed before we arrived. Making our purchase process short and sweet! Also note: Pedata RV Center is conveniently located a short distance by ride-share outside the Tucson Airport. Which also made out of state pick up a breeze!

Taylor is a fantastic salesman very knowledgeable no hassle. JR the mechanic that walks you through your RV is really nice and knowledgeable always there to help you. If you’re looking for an RV, your first stop should be Pedata RV center. The owner, Mr. P will work with you until you’re happy.
