My new place to buy pet food. For some reason I always assumed that these pet food stores would be more expensive - WRONG! It's refreshing to go to a store and ask a question and not be passed off to someone else because the employee doesn't know anything about the products they carry. Each and every time I have been to The Pet Club and had a question they have been able to recommend a product and given a highly detailed explanation of why it was beneficial. They know the product they sell and that makes me an extremely happy customer!

If you are a pet parent who wants to make sure their baby is eating the healthiest possible food, Pet Club is a good alternative. The store is a bit smaller than some others, so the selection is a bit limited, but we've found a good selection of grain free foods for our dogs and cats. Friendly staff.

Anyone who ranks this store low is basing their claims off of employees who are long gone and have since been replaced. Employees of this store go to meetings about their products to become educated from the companies themselves. They know their product and have multiple options for nearly every dog or cat owner's situation. Pricing is much more affordable for good quality foods, not to mention great frequent buyer programs, and the management is very rational and reasonable.

I came here about a month ago to price products and lean about different dog foods. I felt bad asking for so much help and asking so many questions, but the young lady was cheerful and very knowledgeable. She didn't make me feel like I was bothering her at all. I got all of my questions asked and felt informed enough to come back two weeks later and choose the right dog food for my new companion. They even remembered me! Now I come here about once a week for supplies. Always clean and their prices are very reasonable for a small shop. Even with an annoying return , the staff handles it happily without issue.

Just left this store..went in to buy chicken jerky which is all marked $12.99 a bag..it rang up at $13.99.the clerk said "There is nothing she can do, she cannot change the price" according to her this is per her manager...I asked why the items were not priced correctly and her reply was "I don't know." In today's market I don't see how this is good market strategy but I will no longer shop at this store. At least the other pet stores honor the prices marked.
