Petco Phoenix Ray Rd

Took my dog to get groomed and she came back with all her fur off and then the groom had a nerve to be talking mess about my dog. She is very unprofessional and I will never take my dog here ever again. Jane was the one who cut her hair. Update: 8/20/2025 I reach out to petco and I was told that the groomer manager was not in on Monday and that they will give me a call back Tuesday. They never did. So on Wednesday at 12:41 in the afternoon I called them again… I explained the situation and the manager didn’t even seem like she cared about what I was saying . I didn’t want to argue so I just stated I just wanted you to know that what your worker had did. I wish I told her I want a refund back. Now I’m taking this up to the higher authority and we will need to handle this differently.

Got my dog food & cashier checked to verify I had the right flavor. That was great but 2 employees were not aware your engraving Mach was down so then I had to get a refund for the dog tag I bought

Guys stocking were very helpful in finding items. When I got to the front end, that's when it went downhill. I found a couple of items in the clearance and when I went to pay, they weren't on clearance. The lady checking me out just said those items were put there because they had nowhere else to put them, but they were regular price. I let them know it was a little misleading. The two ladies up front didn't seem to like their jobs and it showed with the lack of customer service/attitude that was given. The tag maker was still broken. I probably will not shop at this location again.

The person working was really nice to me, she was helpful and polite, and you can tell she genuinely likes animals; she was so kind to my dog. The store was not well stocked such as what I’m used to at the location on Talking Stick Way. Purina pro plan and Purina one were quite limited in selection: there was just one damaged box remaining of the salmon and lamb wet food with no pricing associated. I wasn’t pleased when I opened a single can of wet food at home to find the food on the top to be dry. I won’t carry on, enough stated.

Been took my order for crickets at the register. I speed aside to wait as normal and she proceeded to check out multiple people while I stood there. She then called for someone else to get my crickets. A gentleman said he'd get them them proceeded to continue putting prices on things. I said is someone gonna get them because i am standing right here. I was met with attitude from the ma who had no idea I had watched the whole thing and Bee said nothing while an employee gave me attitude over her poor customer service. Thinking of canceling my vital care and moving on Petco. This was at 51st st and ray rd in phoenix.
