What a marvelous experience! I haven’t had a dog since my last pup passed away at the age of 15. He also required frequent grooming, so I’m very familiar with the process of taking a dog to the groomer. Because of that experience, I can confidently say the grooming staff at this PetSmart does an outstanding job. My current dog is a rescue, and I wasn’t sure how his shy nature would handle the experience. Aubrey went above and beyond to make sure he felt comfortable and safe the entire time. I’m not someone who worries too much about exact hair length or a specific style. I’m happy to let groomers use their talent and creativity. That said, I did see other dogs in the salon whose owners requested specific looks, and they all looked fantastic when they were finished. Aubrey was fast, efficient, friendly, and kind. Most importantly, I could tell my shy, nervous dog felt comfortable with her. That says a lot, animals know when someone has a good energy about them. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you, Aubrey, and thank you to all of the friendly and professional staff at PetSmart Grooming!

I was surprised at how much busier this store was on a Sunday. The staff here is always busy, but they make time for my questions, which is nice. A nice woman with silver/brown hair and glasses helped me today, I believe she is a manager? She was answering the phone and dealing with other issues, but still had the time to go over recommendations for food for my picky little frenchie. I never have a bad experience here. Only suggestion is more staff. This location is always so full of customers!

The cashier was really sweet and even gave me a discount on the cricket enclosure! She said she was disappointed because of how dusty it was.. I really appreciated that.. it was nice to know some employees pay enough attention to the cleanliness of the store and it's products..

I bring my Mini Australian Shepherd and Standard Australian Shepherd to your salon every other month for grooming. At my most recent visit, I was asked about my mini’s weight and was specifically told that it would not affect pricing, but was only needed in case the groomer had a medical weight restriction. When I returned to pick up my dogs, I noticed that both were charged at the same rate. Historically, my mini has been priced lower than my standard. When I asked about the change, the staff member was initially unsure and then explained that I was charged the standard rate because my mini is larger than a typical mini. When I asked for clarification regarding your size or weight criteria for pricing, no one was able to provide that information. The price difference itself is not the issue. The issue is transparency. I was told weight would not change pricing, yet the pricing was changed without any communication at drop-off or pickup. It is concerning to be given one explanation and then charged differently without notice. ** I expect clear and upfront communication regarding any pricing adjustments before services are completed.
