PetSmart Phoenix Camelback

There’s a Petco 2 minutes from my house but I drive 15 minutes just to get my dogs groomed at this PetSmart location instead. I use the app to schedule & pay so they’re always able to get me in & out when picking up or dropping off. My dog is temperamental when people touch his paws but the groomers are gentle with him so he’s happy. Been going to this groomer for 3 years & now my aunt & her dog go there too.

The people here are always willing to explain things, what they are, how they work, and why you may need whatever it is. Love this store hands down best location.

LINO from PetSmart went above and beyond his role and helped me save a generous amount of cash by alerting me to deals on the app that I was not aware of. Many don't go out of their way to do that. Very personable too.

I’ve taken my dog to get his haircut twice at this location. Aurora has done a great job with his Pup Cut and now a full grooming. Pricing was good for a cut, bath, and nail trim. Thank you Aurora!
