PGA Tour Superstore - North Scottsdale

I had a great experience at the PGA STORE ON MAYO IN NORTH SCOTTSDALE thanks to one of their new employees working the cashier counter. Even though he was new, he handled everything very professionally and made sure we were taken care of. He helped us to the best of his ability and, when he wasn’t completely sure about something, he asked the right questions to make sure we got the correct information. That level of attention and willingness to learn really stood out. It’s clear he cares about doing the job right and making sure customers have a good experience. Friendly, patient, and professional the whole time. 10/10 service — great addition to the team. ⛳️👏

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My wife and I stopped into the PGA TOUR Superstore in North Scottsdale and had a fantastic experience. It has been about 20 years since we last played golf, so a lot has changed with equipment and technology. Our sales representative, Meg, was incredibly helpful and took the time to walk us through everything and explain the new technology in a way that was easy to understand. Meg also fitted us for our clubs, which made a huge difference. They took the time to make sure everything matched our swings and experience level, and explained what the data meant so we could actually understand it. Meg was patient, respectful, and genuinely interested in helping us get back into the game. We never felt rushed or talked down to—just supported the whole time. Excellent customer service and a great overall experience. We really appreciated Meg’s help and would definitely recommend the store to anyone looking for knowledgeable and friendly assistance.

Had an awesome experience working with Bill to get a club fitting. I haven’t played much golf recently, and he was patient and instructive, immediately improving my swing within minutes. Excited for my new clubs to come in and appreciate how detail-oriented he was. Would highly recommend this store!

What an amazing experience! The push cart we bought last May stopped working, so we stopped by without expecting much. Instead of repairing it, they gave us a full refund and a brand new replacement! Even better, the current price is $31 lower than what we paid, and they refunded the difference too. We’re so impressed. Now we totally understand why our son loves this place so much. Thank you!

Stopped by the PGA store on mayo and had a great experience with one of their new cashiers. Even though he’s new, you wouldn’t know it by the way he handled everything. He was friendly, helpful, and really made the effort to make sure we had a great experience. I feel bad for not remembering his name but it was unique, all in all great customer service
