PGA Tour Superstore - Scottsdale

I came into the PGA Superstore today and had the best experience! Everyone was friendly and attentive. I asked for help and Preston was awesome! He was super knowledgeable and very helpful. He gave me some great advice, was personable and made the whole experience enjoyable. Thanks to him I found the perfect set of clubs and couldn’t be happier! It’s such a pleasure doing business with people who provide excellent customer service and show that they care. Five stars all around!

I travel a lot, been to many PGA Superstores and the majority of the time with good experiences. However this is the first time that I have ever experienced a very hands on GM (Terry) that showed a true ‘ownership’ mentality. The respectful way he spoke to his team, directing traffic, engaging with customers, and product knowledge; is the best I’ve seen at PGA superstore (and really any business). Well done…. I’ll be back when I’m in the area for sure!

Sean - is one of the best PGA Superstore associates! For many years now he is my go-to employee to find that special item needed for a gift or myself. He is extremely helpful in tracking down and ordering clothing and golf items - I can ALWAY count on him to find the items I need and get them ordered and shipped to me quickly. He knows the store inventory and store products inside and out. He has helped me numerous times when i've tried to find the best golf shoe - explaining the benefits of each shoe to make sure the shoe fits my golfing style and needs. He goes above and beyond each and every time - he is the best!

Hello, I'd like to share a review of the PGA TOUR Superstore Scottsdale. I was extremely impressed with the level of service during my recent visit. Store Manager Terry and all of the staff were highly attentive, knowledgeable, and made the shopping experience excellent. Their commitment to helping customers is clearly a priority at this location. I highly recommend them.

I first worked with Meg who helped me with clubs for my young son. She recommended I get a fitting with Bill to make sure by clubs were absolutely correct for me. Bill was incredible. He made minor tweaks that changed my drives profoundly. Bill was an incredible teacher and created an excellent environment to learn. I’ve been to other stores where the sales people were stand offish and not helpful. This was a really positive experience; I will only shop at this store moving forward. Thankyou for all of your help!
