Great facility and genuinely nice people. I appreciate that some of the courts are designated by level of play so that you can find "your people". The app is easy to use also. As for the cancellation process that some people have complained about, it was explained to us when we signed up so there's no confusion. Perhaps people need to listen and/or read when they join a facility??

Membership cancellation is quite a nightmare. It was not clear to me that they have a 30-day advanced notification to cancel the membership when you signed up the membership. Cancellation is not available on their website, and you have to go in person. If they charge you on 10th each month and you cancel on 11th, they still charge you for two more months. Even though one of the front desk guys said only 1 more month, ending up with 2 more months if you miss just one day of the billing cycle.

The members that play at Pickleball Kingdom are pretty amazing people, however the facility itself is not maintained well. Many areas of the fencing are broken and have sharp tangs, I've been told the occasionally clean courts but have never seen it. I truly believe the outdoor courts at Tumbleweed and Arrowhead are cleaner than those here.

Good place, good games, but there 30 day cancelation fee caught me off guard. Most gyms or businesses I have ever been involved in let me cancel with the next billing cycle. I canceled today on 10/8 and I have to pay next billing cycle on 11/1. So that means my last day will be 12/1. Again most places I have been involved with would have not billed me 11/1. It is ok as I should have no assumed. But I will never come back to them as well as let others know about there money grab with this stupid 30 day cancel policy. Plenty of other pickleball indoor to choose from that are better and I will make sure to let anyone know if they ask me about this place. Thanks.

Open play is great. Just played a tournament here with advanced players in with intermediate. Not fun for anyone. Players should play with their skill group. Otherwise where is the "spirit of competition" this place seems to value. Ridiculous.
