I worked with Robert, who was extremely kind, easy to talk to, and made the entire process so smooth. He wasn’t pushy at all and really respected my decisions, which made me feel so comfortable. Before coming here, I had a stressful experience at Camelback Toyota and told myself I’d never go to another dealership alone again (especially as a woman). But Pinnacle Nissan completely changed that for me! The finance team, especially Michael Gutierrez, was also amazing to work with. He went above and beyond to help me find the best deal for my car insurance. My previous insurance company raised my rate to $350, and Michael helped me bring it down to $180! I’m so thankful for his help and support! Even after my purchase, Robert has stayed in touch and has been super responsive with any questions I’ve had. I truly appreciate the entire team at Pinnacle Nissan for making my first car-buying experience such a positive one!

I had a great experience purchasing my Toyota Tundra from Pinnacle Nissan. Jonathan Silversmith was our Salesperson, and he was very knowledgeable about the truck and helped provide a laid-back experience during the test drive and final purchase price discussion. He helped answer all of my questions and provided a low-stress environment to make the truck purchase. Mike Rowe in Finance helped me through the final step of discussing financing and down payment options to arrive at the best solution. This was my first time at this dealership, and I was impressed by the excellent customer service and relaxed environment as I went through the car-buying process.

They ran the truck through the deal tail shop one more time while I was waiting. Man when I walked out it looked awesome. They did a great job, making my buying experience awesome.
