I have been using the mobile service that Pit Stop offers for the last year. I have always been so pleased with their timeliness, professionalism, and the service they provide. Today Dylan took care of my car and he did an amazing job. He took pride in his work and made sure I reviewed his work and asked if there were any areas that needed additional attention. The work was impecable. I highly recommend Pit Stop Auto Detailing. In addition to the mobile crew, Vicky who handles the scheduling and all the office work is a pleasure to work with.

I took my car to this car wash and left absolutely furious. Not only did Tony do a sloppy job cleaning, but he actually damaged my vehicle. He ripped up the driver’s side Range Rover floor mat, exposing the nameplate and leaving it sticking up like a jagged piece of metal — an obvious safety hazard. Completely careless and unprofessional. When I pointed it out, instead of taking responsibility, the front desk lady pulled out her iPhone and started recording me while denying any fault. The fact that they think a customer should accept their car being returned in such a dangerous, damaged condition is beyond outrageous. Because I’ve learned from past detailing nightmares, I always take before photos of my car’s condition. Despite having clear proof, they still denied it. For a place that’s supposed to “detail” cars, they clearly have no respect for the vehicles they’re working on. Now I’m left with a repair that should never have been necessary. This business doesn’t care about your car, your safety, or owning up to their mistakes. If you value your vehicle — especially a luxury one — do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs.
