All the staff were so incredibly helpful! Very informative and went over & beyond our expectations! We had a BLAST! We rented 4 Jetski's. Everyone was so nice and accommodating! We'll be back!

I made reservations for my son and grandson who are visiting from Singapore to ride the wave runners. They had a great time. The staff was very courteous and helpful. We will do it again!

I came up with the idea of doing jet skis with a couple visiting us from Nebraska. The young woman who checked us in was very helpful....safety video was very good. We were fortunate on Lake Pleasant, mirror conditions and no traffic. My only suggestion: have someone meet us when we return the skis. We were guessing as to how best to dock the craft.

Staff were very professional. Walked in to rent jet skis and was efficiently through the process. Another customer had reserved jet skis from a place 4 hours away thinking it was Lake Pleasant and the staff corrected that issue, taking care of that customer and 3 other customers while taking care of me. Some customer emotions ran a little high and the staff stayed on task, listened to all customers, and quickly made sure everyone was taken care of. It has been a while since I have seen this level of customer care. I was very impressed. Thank you for a great experience.
