They were a good company, then got bought by Amenity. Service, support, got so much worse, and cost went up. I cancelled, and they won't refund the my money... DO NOT use this company!

Stay far away from this company. They have cost me time, aggravation and never seem to know what they are doing. I went with them becuase my former pool guy Kermit who is a doll went over to them. Well they never send Kermit over or let them know when someone is askig for him . They are poor pool cleaners but more importantly they do not honor thier time commintments or do repairs in a timley manner if at all . Several times I have waitied for one of them including Derick the worst manager ever . I planned my work day around them and missed work while waiting on him hours as he did not honor his commitment time. It took 4 months of calling , texting and finally yelling to get a call or help to fix one piece of coping . Then of course the scheduled day the man did not come out . The motor broke being told they would come out right away , it was mid week which was ok - then the man comes to fix it two days later and does not bring the correct tools . He leaves us for another week without the pool working . It simply needed a switch replaced had he brought his tools he would know that . My nephew who is an electrician repalced the switch and they had just like that our pool worked ! I was clear I did not want that repair guy and asked Kermit to take a look and make sure all was complete- they never followed up . This time I lost it big. We the customer unless is this is free should not have to chase these guys around . It is horrificly poor . I will be letting the BBB know and the CIty as well . These guys have no idea what they are doing nor do they bother to apologise or learn after they know they have made mistakes. Run- hide - DO NOT USE this company .

Pour customer service, charge for cleanings that technicians did do! Don't believe me try to call the phoenix branch as a existing customer and you can see for yourself.
