We absolutely love our pool! This was our first time building a pool, and Presidential Pools made the entire process incredibly easy and stress-free. Trevor, our salesperson, was amazing, he helped bring our vision to life, was patient throughout the design process, and truly nailed it. Gary, our project manager, and Monica, our construction coordinator, provided outstanding communication and explained every step along the way. They were extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. Gary made sure everything was done correctly and on schedule, and we were beyond impressed that our pool was completed in just three weeks! We had a great experience using Presidential Pools for our first time building a pool and spa at our home. The entire process from design to start up took less than three months. Larry's simple yet elegant design was a thing of beauty that fit our needs perfectly and turned out even better than we could have imagined. Gretchen was a great help picking out our pebble, stone, and tile colors and we love how they look. When Tyler came on as our project manager we knew right away we were in good hands. He would always respond to our questions in a timely manner and showed up to our house when we needed him most. Between him and our construction manager Monica we always knew what phase we were at in the process, when the next phase would begin and what we could do to help move it along. After our orientation with Curt and final sign off we now feel comfortable we have the resources we need for any issues that might arise or services related questions we have in the future. We couldn't have asked for better communication and professionalism from the entire team at Presidential. Highly recommended!

From the very start it was a great experience. Ray was awesome, Norm was a wonderful project manager. Everyone was so nice and professional. Our pool and backyard got done in I think 2 months from start to finish. 100% recommend.
