Christina was amazing. I got there close to their closing time (because of my work hours) but she was super nice about it and helped me rent a unit. She walked me to the unit and then back to exit to make sure I could find my way. I really appreciated that. She was very pleasant and friendly. The process of renting the unit went smoothly with her help. The place seems nice and clean .

Hello please please please be careful with public storage it’s a great storage but far as the guy Robert I got my lock stuck and he acted like he didn’t have a bolt cutter because he wanted me to wait till lock smith came if your gonna go there I can’t lie the dude Cristian tall white guy super cool and he’s very helpful he gave the bolt cutter and I cut my own lock and he was happy to assist me but far as the management they never answer or never there just be careful on how you deal with them gotta get much more staff and managers there moved out my unit 1/9/2026 and I had it for 1 month very expensive place 💯🙏🏽😎

We love this location! It's perfect downtown and the employees are always so helpful. We see Christian almost every time we are there and he's the best! Keep up the good work!

So far, Public Storage is a pretty good place! The office staff, when they are there, are friendly and helpful. The other storage users are pleasant, too. I'm not weirded out. I was able to get a coveted spot for my storage unit. The price was AMAZING! I'm hoping I'll be there for another month or two.

I rented a unit for 182$ at the end of January. In June they rose my rental to 254$. I called, they said they will try to do something about it. Nothing was done. Now they send another email because in December they will rise it to 340$. I've called and now there is a message that asks you to leave a message... still no answer from them. I can understand some price increases every year, because there is inflation and other things to consider... but almost a 100% of increase in 10 months is ridiculous, abusive and unacceptable... and the "good prices" are just a bait to make you move there and once you have everything there, increase the cost. I will need to move to other place where they appreciate long term customers that pay their rent. UPDATE. Finally I got a call and discussed about all this. Got an explanation and some compensation for some months that will give me more time to think about what I will do. I want to thank the manager for the call. I'm still not happy with the low prices than grow and I think that the company should be honest about the costs with something like "you will pay XXX for 6 months and then the cost will be YYY" and not to hide that to attract customers. But at least, we had a conversation and they did something to improve the situation.
