I have had the pleasure of working with RE/MAX Fine properties and it was one of the very best real estate experiences in my career. I recommend them highly.

My husband and I have never met a realtor that takes the time Ken Malach does with his clients! Being a former Midwest transplant and living in the metro Phoenix area for 40+ years, he knows the background on neighborhoods, the Phoenix area builders. Which communities offered both 2- and 3- car garages? Where the schools are, where the traffic is, where are the local hot spots for food & shopping...he let us know based on the homes we were interested in. And he was so patient with us, taking time to review 5-10 homes at a time off the website during our weekly "date." In this process, he gained a clear view of the home and neighborhood features we were seeking. We were preparing 3 months ahead of our visit, also moving from the Midwest, and we really appreciated the time he took to make us comfortable in the process! It was like he could "see" behind the walls in terms of quality based on the original builder and original build date for a used home, which was what we were seeking. That gave us confidence in choosing our home. He informed our decision, without making it for us, and in the end, he helped us close on our dream home! We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ken Malach to home buyers!

They keep deleting comments if I could give them 0 stars I would. Tammy schembri took my name off a lease without my consent. She has still not sent me the copy( lease was backdated) she told me not to reach out per legal counsel now she is calling me. I reached out to the office 5-6 times and no one will call me back. I have attached pictures. Don’t use this location. Very unprofessional. My next call is going to be to the ethics boards. People make mistakes all the time it’s how you go about fixing it, is the issue here.

The end results of my situation ended because of lazy work and more of a fluffed up sales approach than paying attention to details to help me aquire the property. Because of this, both my credit score and my partners credit score were effected negatively because care was not taken to handle the situation more intelligently. I followed their instructions with faith and asked questions to multiple reps to gather a picture of the possible outcomes but was either told "please refer to this person because it's not my department" or ignored entirely because my situation was not a priority to them. I would not use this company because you are nothing but a number to them and they do not care enough to put in the work for you properly.

TLDR: trust the low star reviews. They are not lying. Poor business practice. Sandy Karpen lied about the lease agreement Commission agreeing that there would be no commission when they don’t place the tenant at the property. They took over my property with tenants and upon renewal (which they didn’t even create/write the lease agreement) they took a commission of the whole 12 months the property is leased for. Additionally they are taking the taxes amount when it was informed they are not paying taxes on my behalf. Property management is poor. I have to keep chasing down for HOA violation and they have not addressed it with the tenants who kept violating the HOA policies causing fees to be charged to me, the property owner. Every time I asked for my monthly reports Sandy would ask “what reports are you talking about?) and when I finally insisted I found out it was never even set up and the reports had incorrect item. Sandy is yet to address and fix the issues and is not even answering my e-mails. I had to file a complaint with the better business bureau to address these issues but from what I see of their reputation I highly doubt it’s going anywhere.
